This was my second time coming to A’Dor, and I have to say, both experiences were totally different. However, this visit stood out for all the right reasons! My waitress, Reilly, was amazing—she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The service was quick, the food was incredible, and Reilly’s friendly personality made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend asking for her when planning your next outing at A’Dor!
I don't understand why we had to be checked for weapons before we came in. I thought maybe it was a club because of all the security that was walking around. Everyone seemed friendly and got along. Maybe it was something from the past.
We were seated immediately outside on the patio. We finally got the attention of one of the waitresses and ordered two Old Fashioned. We got the drinks and I wanted to tip the bartender they were so good. My chest was hot. It took a while to order food because we couldn't find our server. When we finally did, I ordered the queso with chips and my coworker ordered the shrimp with fries.
When the food was brought to the table, we didn't get forks, ketchup, cocktail sauce, napkins, water, or anything. We had to ask for everything individually. She would run past the table so fast we couldn't tell her everything we needed. We never got forks. The atmosphere was pretty decent with plenty of seating inside and out. It started to get live when we left but we were over the service. Other than that, it wasn't too bad.
Riley was my server, and she was truly outstanding. Her service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and efficient. She made sure everything was perfect, and her positive attitude made the entire experience unforgettable. Truly a top-tier server!
All was going well until my friend put the toe of his sneakered foot on the corner of the table. The manager came over and requested he take it down; no problem I understand because that’s where people eat. The conflict in my mind is she just had people standing literally on the couches throwing money on her not even 2 minutes prior to that but then comes over to reprimand him about the toe of his shoe. I don’t know if couch standing is okay but just no shoe on the corner of the table but it definitely threw me off. I’m visiting from out of town and am not from Houston so that could be how it goes here.
My girls and I attended the Usher concert and wanted to hang out and grab something to eat afterwards. Glad we did. Bianca was our waitress and she was amazing! She was on top of orders, super sweet, and made sure our heater kept us warm! Thank you so much for making our night!
Tonight was great! It was a decent amount of people. Melanie our waitress made sure we had a good time. Ask for her when you go!
We came in about a week ago with my friends for the first time and our waitress Nia was great she gave us great drink and food recommendations! Service was great and vibes were vining, We will be back and will ask for her everytime!
The overall score was given based on the lack of presence and professionalism pertaining to my order placed on 12/2 for pickup between 5:30-5:45. We drove 20 minutes only to get there and the Host/Bartender hadn’t submitted the order in.. there was a crowd of 4 PEOPLE, and due to the demanding scroll requests from social media, somehow our order was missed.. #riddlemethat so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes before receiving our food.
