Best WLM Reviews

Absolutely love this spot on Federal. Was introduced to ADOBO through an event I attended that hosted their food truck, and YUM! Had to stop into the restaurant, and have many times since.
I have yet to eat something I didn't like there, but some favorites for me are the Lumpia, the appetizer 'sampler' (get the dry rub wings im serious!!!), Grandma's Adobo bowl, Smoked Carnitas bowl (make it supreme!), pork belly plate, pancit noodles and the adovada plate. Drinks-wise I LOVE the guava marg and the calamansi mule. but they have a shot/pbr/taco special on Friday/Saturdays that is a hit for my friends and I while playing the free pool. And for desert, honestly all of it but the ube ice cream and flan are to die for.
Also $2 tacos on tuesday and 75 cent wings on wednesday/sunday - RUN dont walk to Adobo
Such a great place on Federal! I LOVE the pancit noodles. The sauce is delicious. Their pork belly is really tender. The smothered burrito is another great option. And I LOVE their churros. 10/10 churros. The staff is so friendly! The owner came out and introduced himself too. Overall, great spot.
I was lucky I had a seasonal menu, I believe. When it came down to spicy food, this place did wonders, but my problem was that the consistency in flavor wasn't there. For example, the blue chicken enchiladas was cooked great and had a nice kick to it, but the grandmas chicken bowl had protein and starch, but no vegetables its the little detail I think most people see. The staff was a little late on attentiveness to water but was nice overall.
Seriously amazing flavors at this unassuming extension of an award-winning food truck. We really enjoyed talking with the owner/chef and were delighted when he offered to make us vegan tacos off the menu. These were the best vegan tacos I have had: charred cabbage topped with curry! Roasted brussels sprouts with mango! Our friends ordered different meats in a burrito and in the tacos , and raved about them too. We were thanked for our patronage too! We will be back. New favorite restaurant!
Go here, like now.
Doesn't matter if you're not Filipino or Mexican.
This place is the best example of what fusion can be.
Just beautiful food. That's it.
I recommend the following, and only because these are what I've had (so far):
Pork Belly Plate
Grandma's Chicken Adobo Taco
Encarnacion Taco
Ube Ice Cream
*** The ube ice cream I think encapsulates what this place and what the chef is trying to do... It's so creamy and very Ube, and at equal points feels like you're eating a great churro. Not sure why these two rich and distinct flavors work, but they do.
Blaine and the team did such an amazing job at our wedding a few years ago in Dillon! Everyone that attended always raves about the amazing food and service. We stopped by to try his brick and mortar location in Denver and as expected, the food was AMAZING! Would definitely recommend checking out this spot for authentic Filipino Mexican dishes. You will definitely be glad you stopped by! Also check out his food truck.
We came for happy hour and it was fun! The non alcoholic offerings were amazing like usually I end up getting a margarita, but I liked that they had nonalcoholic options that were delicious and not just soda!! Filling tacos too. The food took a little bit of time so they were really generous and giving us a sopapillas which we really appreciated!!
Coming in as new customers, we kept an open mind. The decor outside is very nice and welcoming, which also led us to believe we were about to experience an authentic New Mexican cuisine. We were welcomed by staff and treated with kindness as well. The restaurant was empty and we chalked it up to it being 3 pm and people usually go out later in the day. Once seated, we looked over the menu, we were so confused as the menu has Filipino recipes and the interior decor is giving New Mexico. We ordered off the appetizer menu including $6 chips and Salsa. The food was horrible, bland, not authentic, wings were burned and dry. The salsa was disrespectful, it was a bunch of random items pooled together and called salsa, it smelled like Chinese food. If you are planning on coming to Colorado and trying Mexican food, please don’t come here. This can’t be your stop as this doesn’t represent us nor does it represent the North Denver reputation of good Green Chili. The amount of $ spent on decor should have went to hiring authentic cooks and making real food. It’s rude to make these recipes and not know a thing about it. This place won’t last. My wife and I sat in silence the whole way home we were so dissatisfied with the taste of everything.
