Best WLM Reviews

UPDATE:
Since the owner wants to argue, her site literally allowed me to book the special and you didn’t honor it. Point blank. My mom was still in the chair for the next 5 hours so I obviously wasn’t about to argue with you and I gave y’all the little tip but then when I collected my mom and she told me that you gave her $40 back instead of the full amount - it resulted in this well deserved review. That’s what reviews are for. To document my experience for others to read. Don’t play the black owned business card either because I’m literally black myself. Are we supposed to get braids from Eastern Europeans? ???? Do a better job and you wouldn’t be so “shocked!!!!!” when people leave you valid reviews!
Would give them 0 stars if I could. They were running a $180 box braid special with hair included. I booked on Tuesday came on Saturday 8/24 for an appointment with Panda. they give me INDIVIDUALS not box braids and when I pay, the owner tells me i’m short. She swore she took the special off the site and even showed me the site with the special missing as that would even matter because it’s saturday………she made me pay $270 and when challenged again she only gave me $40 back because I used 3 packs of hair. mind you, the special had hair included..unbelievable. please go somewhere else y’all this place is NOT it.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE ME‼️ Most unprofessional hair shop in Las Vegas I’d give them 0 stars if I could honestly. I had an appointment for tonight and drove 30 minutes to get there to find no one at the shop. I called over 10 times and left multiple messages. Finally I found the shop on instagram and sent multiple unopened DMs. I’m incredibly disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism. I received a confirmation email this morning and yet I’m driving back home with my hair undone and my spirits low. This has definitely been my worst hair appointment experience ever.
Avoid this place please I’m telling you I booked an appointment last Saturday for my daughter for Boho braids for this Saturday, September 7 th at 10 AM the lady I spoke to on the phone said the hair was included we text her a picture of how full we wanted it and how we wanted it to look and I asked her again do we need to buy hair? She says no the hair is included so we agreed upon a price of $270 my daughter arrives at 10 the appointment and they tell her they don’t have the hair go and buy the hair and come back. I’m sorry we not coming back. That was a waste of time. My daughter has plans this weekend and needed her hair done. She just wasted her time thank God I have some hair skills that I can whip my daughter hair into a decent style for the day ????
Booked an appointment online for 9:00 for my daughter, when we arrived other customers were waiting and the shop wasn’t opened until 9:20. The braider we booked wasn’t there and we waited until 10:30 and someone else started braiding until her braider showed up. It is 7:40 and her hair still is not done. I would never recommend this place, time management is crucial.
If you have family or friends that trust your judgement on places of business, tell them NOT to come here. I had an appointment for Tuesday the 17th at 5pm, and I arrived 8 minutes early. There are two girls working on another client and one of them asks me what I am getting done. That already isn't good, as a business using the online booking method, you should be aware of who is coming in, at what time, and the service being provided. I tell them a wash and blow dry, which was supposed to be a wash and flat iron. This goes back to them knowing what was being booked, so they can be sure too. On top of that, they told me my "stylist" Daba, or whoever supposedly did my hair, had stepped out to get food. The lady does not come back until 5:02 which fine, I can give some grace. However, she tells me she will be right with me AFTER she eats. How are you going to make a time slot for 5 and not even start at 5? I get in the chair at 5:15. My "stylist" washes my hair and then we go to another room for her to blow dry it. Not only does she not put any heat protectant on my hair, she is very rough when brushing it out and breaking off strands of my hair. At one point my hair gets tangled on one of the bristles and just yanks at the knot. She's using a type of denman brush with the beads on the tips of the bristles. Just completely unprofessional and brushing out my hair as if I had wronged her in some way. Once she is done blow drying my hair, she gathers it up into a ponytail and gestures for the hair tie I had on when I first came in. Once she puts that on I knew I was not going to correct her about the service I booked. If what I already went through was bad, I did not need any flat ironing done by her. That service was only $10, but when I pull out my card, they say cash only. I did not see that anywhere on the site, the site seems to be outdated anyway with pictures that don't represent its current location. If the 'cash only' disclosure is on the website, then they need to make it front and center and a lot bigger on the home page. I attempt to zell them the money, but it won't go through. I get a message saying the phone number provided has been used too many times or something to that effect. I pay cash and get out as fast as I can. Overall bad experience, like someone said...TIME MANAGEMENT and CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I have attempted to get my hair braided at this location twice. The first time my appointment was canceled on the day of due to “something happening at the shop”. Today, the braider was late. When they arrived, I felt like an inconvenience to their day and finally, they didn’t have any hair to braid with. Nothing on the site says to bring your own hair and there is not a beauty supply nearby that is open for me to grab any. Super disappointing experience.
I was super disappointed. Had an appointment at 2pm. I arrived 5 mins early and went in. Adja was still braiding someone’s hair and said 30-45 mins more before she was done. Lots of other ladies sitting around waiting on stylists as well at this time. All well past their appointment time. At 3:30pm I went to check on the progress of Adja being done and she still had a ways to go. Said she didn’t want to rush on the clients head. SMH. I asked for my deposit back and I left. Waiting a hour and a half when you have an appointment is crazy. Had she called to say she was running behind, would’ve been helpful. I wouldn’t recommend.
Amazing. Everyone was great and friendly. Adja is so sweet and made sure I got in on time and was out in good timing. Love my hair.
