Best WLM Reviews
The is one of my go to spots in the Alexandria VA area for Indian food. Their all-you-can eat style buffet usually hits the spot if you’re craving Indian food. With the staples butter chicken and tandoori chicken always in attendance. My faves are the goat(with curry) and the butter chicken, and today the goat was nice and tender although sometimes it can be more on the tough side. There’s salads, sauces, and desserts on the buffet, with plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. Signage outside the restaurant says the buffet is available Wednesday to Sunday between 11:30am and 2:30pm.
We also tried the peppermint tea and chai. For the chai, I’ve had a tastier chai from there. Something about the milk seemed a little off ????
Although not included in the buffet, and we didn’t get any today, I’ve had their samosas many times and they’re packed with flavor, spicy and delicious.
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and I’ve noticed that it seems to be accommodating for groups and larger parties.
One of the best Indian restaurants around DC. We ordered veg thali. It was worth the price and very tasty. Good food and service!
Highly recommend! Food was amazing! Full of flavor! Our server Albert was super attentive, and he gave us great food recommendations. I’m definitely coming back!
Wow! Great atmosphere. This is a primo experience for an exquisite dinner. Our waiter Albert was attentive and helpful especially for me since my family loves and eats Indian cuisine but I am illiterate concerning the choices. We had a wonderful experience. Try the smolky old fashioned. I had 3!
I was traveling and decided to try Indian food for a change, and Aditi didn’t disappoint. Madiston was our server, and they were super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious packed with flavor and just the right spice. Definitely worth the visit!
The all-you-can-eat buffet is available from Wednesday through Sunday for $17.99, with selections of appetizers, salads, main courses (including butter chicken and goat) and dessert. The lassi ($4.99) was very thick and creamy. The staff is very nice and friendly. Conveniently located in the Kingstowne shopping center across from the movie theater.
Absolutely loved the food here. So much flavor. We liked everything we tried. The service was also excellent. We had a large group, and the staff was very attentive and took great car of us. Only downside is that the dining room is a bit small, so it can feel crowded quickly. We’ll definitely be back!
Boyfriend and I stopped in for a Sunday brunch. The restaurant feels really nice, and the unlimited buffet options set up is so great! Love the free naan brought to your table that's included as well. Highly recommend the goat curry, biryani, daal, and paneer masala. Honestly every curry they had was so good. Loved the thought they put into including the different chutneys and lemon pickles as well. And the desserts were tasty!
Left feeling so stuffed but so satisfied. The servers were also amazing, they magically clear out your last plate when you go up to the buffet for another round.
Honestly will totally come here all the time for the $18 lunch buffet, even though I don't live super close.
