Had the best experience for wisdom teeth removal here! I had called a week prior after my primary dentist told me I needed all 4 out!! They were super nice and got me right in. Due to me having to travel so far they also did my consult and removal same day. The staff was all super nice and helpful. Made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain once I woke up. Would recommend them to anyone and would go there myself a million times again!
In spite of my trepidations, my two visits for a complicated and compromised tooth to be removed under sedation went beautifully. Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. Both Dr. Preceruti and Kizzy did excellent work! And I had no real pain! As proof of my trust in recommending them, I’ll return in a few months for an implant.
I was nervous prior to appointment. I'm glad to say all went well. Staff was friendly. Dr was efficient and accurate. After care is going wonderful. So far no pain, day two. No complaints. Cracked back tooth removed ????. No anesthesia
The experience was as wonderful as any dental surgery can be. The scheduling and nursing staff were extremely accommodating and attentive to our needs. Dr. Preceruti is wonderful as is the staff that work there. He is thorough, detailed, and put me at ease re: wisdom tooth extraction. He also is sending me for additional testing based on my medical
History to ensure I do not have a negative reaction to the anesthesia…he picked up on a small detail that I feel other providers might have missed.
I recently contacted Adirondack Oral surgery regarding an infection in an 11 year old implant. Everyone was wonderful!! They were able to see me in a very timely manner. The staff explained the process and the associated costs of the consult. During the consult Dr. Chang explained the issue in terms that I could understand and discussed the treatment plan to address the issue, which included coordinating my treatment with the prosthodontist. Highly recommend Adirondack Oral Surgeons.
There was a delay due to an error of my primary care dentist who did not send a proper signed referral. The procedure which involved two teeth extractions went smoothly under local anesthetic. I wouldn’t recommend that for everyone but it worked for me. The doctor’s assistant Kizzy (sp?) went above and beyond and was clearly very confident and good at her job with a calm, professional demeanor. I would return without hesitation but hope I never have to????
