Great place to stay for less. If looking for Ritzy then go there and pay more. This is not Ritzy.
This place is safe and secure and affordable. We just need a bed to sleep in. Its my birthday and i would rather spend on shopping and dinning out. Very helpfull and welcoming staff. The pool was down during our stay due to abuse/misuse of some guests. But out of their control. I rather they pay the staff good and not worry about the broken arm on the chair. Or little hole in the wall paper. I almost didnt book here because of the reviews. But glad i did. Keep up the good work. But a sign pointing to the office from the parking entrance would be great.
Spent a nice week st this place, which is tucked away well off the highway. An older motel with the expected wear, but clean. Bed was comfortable; bedding fresh. Room was small but had everything I needed. Nice little fridge & microwave, good wifi. Very quiet location with best price in Watertown area. My window faced east, could watch deer (!) and the sunrise. Would definitely stay here again.

They have air conditioned non-smoking rooms, clean washrooms and beds. The staff are extremely friendly, and accomodating. They have ample parking and an enclosed pool. I'd recommend this place to anybody who's on a budget, but looking for a clean place to stay.

1. Room had musty smell. Door had security features removed.
2. During the night all power was lost in the building. There was no emergency lighting at all.
We will not be back.
Decided to come back for a couple days and stay mostly because the room rates are the cheapest. The Internet was down both nights from 8pm til around the time of checkout. I asked the lady at the desk and as I was getting the question out she yelled at me that the company had issues. I called the company and they had no issues. I told them I'd like a refund as having wifi was important to my business and was laughed at by the male manager. This tandem is extremely rude to people. This is my second visit in as many months and both times the male manager was bitter and rude.
To the ownership: I sincerely hope you find better desk workers. I'm not sure if I was at a hotel or a prison.
Christina was wonderful extremely helpful and very friendly. She was such a joy to deal with. The accommodations were very nice and clean. Very enjoyable place to stay
All of the housekeepers are amazing the mother and daughter team the best. They may not be all fancy but for the money you pay you have a roof over your head and decent, kind people working there. I would definitely stay there again with my family like I did before. I appreciate them. Thank you
Very friendly staff and rooms are kept clean. Every attempt is made to accommodate your requests and I would highly recommend this place to someone looking for an economical yet safe and comfortable hotel in Watertown.
