It’s a motel. ||Simple, modest, clean. No extras.||Not walkable to Bucknell Campus if you are visiting.||We stayed for Parent’s weekend, October 2023.||Someone tried to break into our car by removing the key code panel from the driver’s side door during the night.
The bad reviews are not taking into account that this hotel is half the price of the others in the area. It’s a great value for what you pay. Clean rooms and even some unexpected amenities. The lack of a real front desk staff and fuzzy TVs is frustrating but not a deal breaker.
This is a nice Hotel to stay at. The room are nice clean. the workers are very warm & welcoming to you the moment you wake in to the end of your stay. It is 2 blocks from Bucknell University , you can leave you vehicle at the hotel and walk down town to all of the little shop's. My family and I stayed their many times. WE LOVE THIS PLACE . They have a beautiful Pound with gold fish in it, it is a must see when you stay.
KEEP DRIVING!!! Woke up at 1am itching and there were BED BUGS all over the sheets!! Left and they refused to give a refund. Have stayed in ALOT of places and never been in one with BED BUGS!!
Can't say enough good things. We were a day late checking in. The manager had, without me knowing, waited extra time in the office for me to arrive. I apologized for her inconvenience. Nonetheless, she was fantastic! Gave me the keycard, I signed for the room, and off we went. The room was spotless, spacious, huge king bed, just a great experience all the way around. I would highly recommend this hotel. One of the best things, the price beat all the local competition! No regrets at all for my wife and I.
Zero stars is what they deserve.
They were not in office when our group arrived. The building was locked and we could not gain entry. After calling the number they had posted for people who could not get in if we, nobody answered. They then proceeded to charge us for a “no show”.
When calling the number listed online to rectify the situation, they hung up the phone stating “I was there all night and had witnesses. I’ll talk to my manager.”
Horrible customer service
This hotel truly knows how to create a memorable experience. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The staff's professionalism and friendliness were outstanding. And that pool...wow! It was the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun. I can't wait to return and experience it all over again.
This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The room was not only spacious and beautifully decorated, but also spotlessly clean. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay, and the pool area was absolutely fantastic. I had a wonderful time and will definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family.
