Best WLM Reviews

The nurses are great! Especially the ones from the cath lab that prep people for heart ablations. Top notch! Dr khan is a great cardiologist! I left there feeling great. They found the problem in my heart an fixed it.
The ER has the absolute best staff! They are so kind, caring, compassionate, and go above and beyond. They do not get to hear the great things they do all the time, most of the time people only review to complain. I have to go to ER a lot due to a non curable disease. I live an hour away and most of the ER’s near me treat me like a drug seeker. The staff here treated me like an actual human being and cared about me feeling better. I cannot thank them enough!
My daughter broke her arm and the staff never even bothered to tell me it was broken. They laid a sling on the table and nobody came back for hours so we eventually walked out. I sincerely regret being courteous enough to stop the registration lady to give her my billing information because the doctor couldn’t care less to even call and tell me her arm needed surgery and she actually needed to be transferred to children’s. That it would actually prolong her healing, and prevent her from fully extending her arm because it needed to be pinned in place but it was not - because we had no idea for almost a week when I finally got her into an orthopedic doctor. At which point the swelling had set in and surgery was not ideal. I’ve called about this issue and the charges on the bill that they feel so entitled to be paid for but nobody returned those calls. I will spend as much time paying that bill as the doctor did caring for my daughter. I would include the doctor’s name but… we never met one in the hours we spent there.
I'm 32 weeks pregnant woke up to some bleeding. In the L&D unit I was frustrated because I wanted and gave approval for my mom to be with me but they wouldn't let her back at first because of them asking personal questions.. again I approved her to join! My nurse was not real friendly and she never did bring me a food tray nor offer even a water. The doctor even told her to get a tray cause it was 3pm and I had not eat anything. Eventually my mother just got us lunch.. they did do blood work, ultrasound and some other exams. I got my results on my phone which were all perfect except I had a yeast infection.. when the Dr. Return to release me he states the ultrasound looked great but mentioned nothing if the lab results so I mentioned it and he said he didn't even look and then confirmed I did have infection so called in a cream. I understand he was busy but to send me home without meds or reading results would've been very pointless.. the nurse needs to gain more of a hospitality and pleasant attitude. She left an iv port in my arm for 5 hours but never used it. I asked several times to remove it and was told no. I also gave urine sample which sat in the room with me all day and was never tested... I just wish there was a little more care and compassion seeing how this is my first pregnancy and it's terrifying as is.
Valet parking attendants there are the absolute worst. The ones at the Medical Office Building especially. I drive transport for a nursing home and had to park clear out in the parking lot because the Valet attendant didn't like me unloading a resident under the balcony of the drop off location. As a result, I had to subject an 85 year old man to blazing hot temperatures as I pushed the man in his wheelchair across the lot and finally into the building. The Valets all have terrible attitudes. Thank goodness it wasn't raining.
My aunt passed away yesterday morning on 2NE after a battle with lung cancer. I will say that the night shift nurse that she had during her last night was excellent. She was very attentive to my aunt and the family. I believe her name was Leslie. The reason I'm giving only one star is because day shift dropped the ball. My aunt passed away around 8 AM on Saturday. At 7:30 PM on Sunday, the funeral home still hadn't received a call from Adena. They FORGOT to call the funeral home! My aunt has been lying in the morgue for a day and a half. This is absurd. The family is going through enough right now without having to worry about this, too. Shame on you.
Went in for insomnia and came out with Meds for depression… decided to take them and trust the process, but they made me feel so bad. I called the doctor trying to see if they could get me on a different med and never got a call back so I cancelled all future appointments and found a different doctor I am very happy with at OhioHealth . I don’t believe the doctors know what they are doing here nor do they care.
Not my experience thank goodness but sending out a patient to another facility with crab infestation is totally uncalled for. If this speaks of the care and facility itself, I wonder what else is or isn't going on at the hospital.
