Best WLM Reviews
I stopped at this Greek-style restaurant for lunch while traveling from Atlantic City.
After doing a Google search and receiving recommendations from locals, I decided to give it a try. The reviews for this place are outstanding, so my expectations were high.
The menu offers a diverse range of dishes, blending American and European cuisines. You'll find everything from burgers and sandwiches to pizzas, pastas, salads, soups, and grilled meats. They also have a children's menu, which is a nice touch for families. Prices range from $20 to $40, depending on the dish.
The atmosphere is very pleasant, with classical jazz music playing in the background, creating a relaxing environment. The service was courteous, and the food was delicious.
I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great dining experience.
It's 2024 and never have I ever felt so safe .. excellent service .. our bartender (Cali) had a bar full of people and she was VERY attentive to not just us but to every one she tended ..
The quesadillas were AMAZING !!
Had a great time and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone
I use to frequent here for Latin nights. I finally got a chance to sit in for dinner.
Our waitress, was very attentive and she was amazing with us.
The pre meal bread was delicious I miss places that offer bread. It was very soft, and tasty, I had to restrain myself from having a few rolls.
I ordered a French onion soup and the French Dip sandwich. (Don’t ask me why ????)
The French onion stock was very rich. It had a lot of small onions but I didn’t mind since they were fully cooked. The cheese was great, and whatever was added on top of the cheese, assuming a type of bread crumb, it was an amazing touch. 8/10
French dip 7/10
It came with two large pieces, almost resembling a south Philly Cheesesteak. It was accompanied with a small disposable dipping sauce. Immediately I knew that wasn’t enough. It is also difficult to dip the large sandwich in such a small opening. The bread was slightly toasted, and the roll reminded me of the aforementioned Philly steak. I subbed the fries for mash, and I was not disappointed.
***Beware: portions are huge.
Will come again
From a vendor perspective this venue is awesome! They were very accommodating and ensured we had the space needed to set up. We rate this venue 5 stars!
Piss poor customer service
Last night my significant and I ordered two Caesar salads with salmon and wings to go. We couldn’t wait to enjoy our dinner, opened the salads to find them doused with salad dressing and I mean DOUSED! We obviously couldn’t eat them and decided to return them the following day. Upon arrival I was told that once you take the food out as a to go order there’s nothing they can do to rectify. As a patron for YEARS I was thoroughly disgusted. The manager was rude and attitudinal after I explained to her the situation, she even suggested that I must return food frequently enough to have the argument that this is very uncommon practice. She gave many reasons as to why there was no recourse because they don’t know what we could have done to the food! Like, what ?
What patron in their right mind would make a special return trip with ill intent? I simply wanted to be refunded or have the salads made in an edible manner.
I left but couldn’t shake the feeling that this simply didn’t make sense, especially when we’ve patronized this business in excess of AT LEAST $1000 over the last year so we both went in and asked for the manager. This time she tells my significant I threw the salads on the hostess stand (blatant lie) and repeated the same nonsense but with a different, more respectful tone towards him. Ultimately they offered a gift card for the cost. I’m not one to offer reviews but this experience I couldn’t go without sharing. She needs a course in proper hospitality, she could clearly see the salads were soaked in dressing to the where the bag was saturated! But still refused to acknowledge how improperly it was prepared! No apology no offering of resolution until he and I pressed the issue.
These pics tell the story and she knows she wouldn’t have eaten it nor accepted her reluctance to make things right had she been on the receiving end.
P.S. in the future why not follow industry standards and place salad dressing on the side for takeout orders?
Came here Saturday for a private lunch event—spacious venue and decent food. We had a 3-course meal: salad, pasta and your choice of entree—I picked the steak (medium). However, my steak came out well done—the steak itself lacked seasoning and was extremely dry. Salad and pasta were good. There was also a plate of cookies at the end, for the table to share.
There is a full bar here—cocktails were made perfect and reasonably priced too!
We made our last visit to the night clubs just over a month ago. I give 5 points for having a real good mature crowd and good do music to dance to. I don't understand why they up the cover charge from $10 to $15 per person. It's not good if you wanna keep your regular customers around and find someplace else to go for a good time. Ya think?
Service was incredible, every last aspect was taken care of quickly far faster than most other restaurants, and during the dinner rush no less. The whole atmosphere of the place was very nice, there were some Greek looking statues in here. Food was pretty good, not some Michelin star stuff obviously but pretty good.
