This place did not disappoint!!!! I called ahead and reserved a table for 11. We had a fabulous time. Carolina was our main server and she was wonderful. She was very nice and included my child in different little things. She also respected my wishes for them not to sing even though we were celebrating a birthday. The decor is so beautiful! The menu is robust and they have a fun robot that brings the food out with them. We will definitely be back!!! Oh and the food was great. Hands down the best steak fajitas I’ve ever had.
Food was good however for the price of $19.00 for a shrimp fajita I would have expected three of the small flour tortillas not just two along with a least a spoonful of guacamole, and maybe with the pile of lettuce and four little tiny pieces of tomatoes. It wold had given the lift the dish needed.
Staff and atmosphere is awesome. May try again. The fire alarm did go off multiple times during our dinner. But the staff made up for it with their wonderful hospitality love the robots!!
After being horribly sick, I went back and looked at my take out food from Adela’s. I looked at the Texas Cheese fries again and saw they are raw potatoes. I had no idea I could get sick from this and kept saying all I ate was the fries from Adela’s.
Came here at lunch. Two complete pages of lunch specials.
Interior is super clean and decorated beautifully. Bright and cheerful.
Our Server was very friendly and so attentive.
My wife had Street Tacos. You choose your toppings and the soft corn taco shell was gluten free. Best she has ever had.
The La Torta was huge and delicious!!

During our stay at Kilburnie in Lancaster, we dined at Adela's, a bustling Mexican restaurant. It's a spacious spot, notable for using robots to serve food to your table. We ordered the burrito, carnitas, and fried Tilapia Mojarra Frita. The tilapia, while crispy, was hard to eat due to its minimal meat and so many bones. However, the rest of my family loved their carnitas and burritos. The servers were both friendly and attentive.
My family and I came in tonight to celebrate a birthday. They offered us the private party room for the occasion, which my family loved! Our server, Devin, was amazing! She gave us very quick and friendly service. She even had the other servers come and sing Happy Birthday to my nephew! The manager kept checking in on us and we let him know she was one of the best servers we have ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely return more often!
I recently tried Adela’s again after having a bad experience last year. The food has always been great, but the service was never consistent. This past week, I was working just a couple of minutes away and decided I would stop in really quick for a late lunch. There were not very many tables, so I was hoping I could get in and out quickly. I was correct. My server, Makayla, gave me the best service I could have asked for. I wanted to try something I had never had before, and she suggested an amazing entree. She was extremely nice, quick, and very knowledgeable about the menu. I am going to stop by again next week after I get off work to try one of the drinks that she suggested. It would have been frowned upon for me to get it before going back to work.
Hopefully it won’t be an issue if I ask for her section every time I come into the restaurant. Anyone reading this review should ask for her (Makayla) as well. You won’t regret it! Thank you Adela’s for a great lunch and even better service!
