Got takeout from there a couple times, I’m currently traveling and each time the food was very good! The fried pickle chips are THE BEST I’ve ever tried, the funnel cake fries are perfect and hit the spot, the mac&cheese tastes like it’s made in house and is very creamy and amazing, the grilled chicken sandwich was a good chicken sandwich with nice portions, the burger was a decent bar burger and the wrap was good.???? I very much recommend this place, and service is always very friendly and quick.
Server Elias is rude I came in with a group we didn’t even have time to look at the menu comes and says “ if you don’t buy anything you have to leave” I understand but can we at least get a minute to read the menu??? Proceeds come back we ordered two beers then tells literally my friends who haven’t made their mind up what they want “ if you don’t buy anything you have to leave” Basically trying hurry us up to get something we had just got there in this was in the span of 3 minutes all this interaction bad service in general Lost my business Ended up leaving right after our first beer not good look on this business.
Stopped in for drinks on a Thur night, to check out the place. Seems like a cool spot but the bartender tonight wasn’t friendly at all. She seemed more interesting in that toothpick she was gnawing on than being pleasant.
I visited this spot for Trivia Tuesdays and enjoyed the low-key and chill environment they had to offer. I ordered a cosmopolitan and it was delicious! ☺️ This place is located next to beautiful Vitruvian park, so it is located in a very nice area. This place is a great choice for drinks with friends and if you are into trivia, this is a good spot to do this at! I also thought their vending machine was super neat! Definitely worth checking out and returning to.
Went on a night we expected it to be busy and it was surprisingly pretty lowkey and my friends and I all enjoyed ourselves having a couple drinks and playing pool. The food was really good and service was good.
The pool table is really small though it’s almost comical.
The thing that leaves a one star is that they just added a 20% gratuity with no Ford warning whatsoever if you opened a tab which you should at least make that known in someway shape or form on the menu or sign no clear indication that was gonna happen
. The drinks are pretty weak. The bartenders are very nice, but they were very busy which isn’t really the best reason for weak drinks.
I ordered a club sandwich and got maybe 13 fries with it. It was the most underwhelming meal I’ve had in a long time at a bar. The
vibe was cool for watching sports.
Went here after seeing the Vitruvian Lights at Christmas. We saw this place and decided to check it out. We ordered the sample platter ($20) and it was HUGE as you can see! All the food 9n it was very good as well. Their selection of beers is very lackluster. I expected much better being called an "ice house". The atmosphere is very nice with plenty of big TVs so if you want to watch a game, this is a good place to go for that. They were showing the 2018 cotton bowl and they had the sound in for it which was nice. I'm a beer nerd, so the fact that they didn't hardly have a selection of beers means I probably won't go back even as good ss the food is (and also why they only get 3 stars). If you call yourself an "ice house" you shou li d have more the 7-8 beers on tap. Cheers!
This place has a wonderful location tucked away in Vitruvian Park. The drinks are good and it has a good food selection too. The service is always very friendly too. It’s always wonderful to visit in December when the Vitruvian lights are on.
