Have been living in Pueblo West for over 20 years and never had an opportunity to eat at Adam's Ribs. We came in without expectations, but l enjoyed our early dinner. We both had burgers. They were good. I especially loved the really crispy bacon in mine. Had a big portion of curly price too. Our server was friendly and attentive.
Great food, great service! Portions are very generous, and prices are very reasonable.
Had them cater for wedding anniversary this past summer/fall.
Food quality just as "great" if where in their facility. Food arrived as scheduled and was quantity exceeded expectations. Ordered for 25 and had enough leftover for all private party guest to take home leftovers equal to extra meal. Food was praised by guest and those not familiar with establishment asked for where food was from. So hint, any big parties or upcoming events that you don't want to spend preparing I recommend request their services!

Hands down the best BBQ I've had in Pueblo Colorado !!! My second time in and it was absolutely amazing !!! I had the Babyback ribs,spare ribs,brisket,slice pork,Mac cheese,cut beans,baked beans,potato salad,toast pickle and orange slices with a cinnamon roll and everything was absolutely delicious the ribs were so tender bones pulled right out !! I will return for something different !!!
Pretty decent BBQ joint. Young staff, seemed undermanned and over worked. The food was pretty decent, although I'm not sure, but their smoke flavor tastes like the liquid smoke a lot of places use. The cherry cobler was on point though! Had that great home made taste, almost as buttery as mom used to make it. The server forgot some stuff here and there, but I can't blame him on account of how busy he was.
If you're near by and hungry, make it a point to stop in and eat some good food!
My nephew and I had 1/2 babyback ribs. They did not look freshly cooked and were so tough I had trouble chewing them. The meat had to be cut off the bone. Barbecue sauce is delicious. service was great. Cobbler was good. Steak fries was good. Potato salad good. Disappointed in the ribs
The staff here is very friendly and chatty and the service was quick and thorough. The decor is a lot of fun and gives it a local feel; they also have a TV for sports watchers. The food was pretty good. They unfortunately aren't able to serve alcohol at this time.
We stopped to visit our daughter and decided to get lunch. Quick Google search and decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did . Everything was delicious. The entire staff was super friendly as well. I will be sure to tell anyone if they're stopping through to go.
