I love coming to this dealership without worrying about my Jeep being off road. I don't feel judged or hassled that I actually use my Jeep for what it was intended for. John Loucks has always been very welcoming, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He's been spot on with diagnostics and mechanics seem to be top notch. I came here because Adam's helped a friend of mine with his Jeep when others turned their back on him and that says a lot about this dealership. I highly recommend anyone with a Jeep to come here especially if you go off road.
Don at Adams Jeep is the epitome of what great customer service is! Efficient, Friendly, and knowledgeable. I drove an hour away from home to meet with Don for a transaction that only took 5 minutes all because of the fact that my local dealerships including the one I purchased my Gladiator from failed to help me after a 3 month long attempt to replace my rescue hooks. Don words can’t express my gratitude and I thank you for your kind gesture (Cute Jeep attire) and for making my experience a pleasant one! I don't know what happened 2 years ago but it has gone down hill big time since then.
The only reason I went back was because the parts were still covered.
But never again after today's problems.
Please find them customer service skills in the service department.
