Food is good, but the salsa is bad. There used to be amazing salsa in the past years, it's turned bad. Today is had a horseradish taste, so awful and nothing hot!
Update
So food is still good, salsa is better, still nothing spicy enough . I miss the chili sause from 15 years ago. Thick and hot, it was great
We did not get everything we paid for and it was a lot. They missed a whole shrimp taco meal, both drinks that come with the meals, the taco shells were really hard and hurt my teeth, and same with the rolled tacos. Crispy is good but stale hard is not.
I've come to this place the last 10 years and I think the food is great, the salsa bar is one of my favorites. Anytime I'm driving by and am hungry I will definitely stop in. They got things down here so if you like burritos give em a try!!
I live near the restaurant and my wife and I get takeout every week or so. Most people take out. Sometimes it is a 5 and rarely is it a 3…… if the main cook is off and his replacement is on break. Overall a solid dependable 4. Grilled chicken is two thumbs up. I usually get a tostada and my wife likes the enchiladas and tamals. Son likes the super burrito which is as big as my head. Salsa bar is good.
I love this place! Open 24/7 and always service with a smile. Food is consistently good. I usually get a crispy chicken taco or street taco. Today I ordered a grilled chicken torta and it was superb! Filled with generous helpings of avocado and lettuce. I smothered it in green salsa and washed it down with a horchata. I'm good for the rest of the day!
I order a breakfast burrito and a Cali burrito on the weekends, and today the salsa that came with the burritos was not the normal red salsa. It was like a watered down version of tomato juice. No spice. Ruined my entire order. I had some left over containers of the normal red sauce and it’s completely darker, and thicker. I posted a photo of the salsas. The lid with dark red is the normal one and the one with basically nothing on the lid was todays salsas
We order our food through the drive thru. There isn't one thing on the menu we've tried that isn't great. It's some of the best Mexican food and the price is unbeatable.
The worst fries I've ever received, incredibly soggy.
