Order two burritos via phone. The guy said it would be ready in five minutes, one was a chicken burrito. We got to the counter as they were finishing our order. Got in the car and as we drove to the house five minutes away, the chicken burrito was very cold and so was the veggie burrito. Made me wonder how they kept their food safe because that meat needs to be kept hot. You guys really need to take caution about your food handling.
To preface, I used to come here all the time for my mom, my brother and I. Never going here again after this:
My 13 y/o brother and I left at 12 today to go take photos for my photography class, and I took a few on the way to Adalberto's where we were gonna make our first stop to get some food. We got a sausage breakfast burrito and split it in half, and ate it together. It was all fine then, but not 5 minutes after we left the place, my brother started vomiting in the parking lot. I went back to Adalberto's and asked the lady at the counter if I could get a refund on the burrito because it had caused my brother to vomit!! She called over some guy with sunglasses who I assume must have been the manager, and he told me he'd only charge me for one burrito (this is after I gave my receipt saying that I only purchased one burrito btw). I told him we just bought the one and split it, and I had to convey this several times. He said he wouldn't refund me.
"Do you want proof that my brother puked in the parking lot??? I can go take a photo and show you"
And he said no and that he'd check the cameras.
"Yeah, do that, check the cameras"
I went back outside to sit with my brother for a little bit, then after about 10 minutes I went back inside to check up on things. I asked him if I could have my refund yet, and he said no. Then he said he'd CALL THE POLICE and they'd handle it.
"Ok! Yeah, call the police. Is calling the police really worth $10?? Ridiculous"
I go back outside after waiting in there for like 5 minutes, and sit with my brother. Another 10 minutes pass by, and an old man walks by and asks if everything's alright.
"No, my brother is puking!"
I pointed to the Adalberto's
"Disgusting ass burrito!"
And then soon after he entered the building, the guy in sunglasses called me back in, and asked me to sign the back of the receipt and show him my ID, and then he refunded me the $10. The police never came, so I don't think he ever called them in the first place! It was a total bluff. I'm never going here again. I'll get my shitty fast food mexican someplace else. Y'all should do the same.
I am giving 2 stars because the food looks yummy but the service from Yesenia terrible seemed like she was too busy flirting with the guys she is working with. Charged me for food I didn't order
And I ordered carne asada fries not Shrimp burrito. I asked for no quacamole on my food. Ugh.
I think its the same price. But she just like threw my order at me threw the window. ????
Food is good and quantity is good for the money, food is delivered fast and staff is friendly, my problem is today I ordered orange juice and it was NOT JUICE!!! It was orange juice cocktail and only 50% juice and it was $3:50.
Stopped by here for a quick breakfast on a Sunday morning. The food is not that good. I found my chimichanga to be soggy and swimming in sour cream, quacamole, and sauce. The meat was a little salty to my liking. The place is decently clean but the interior might need an update or a paint job. Not sure if I would recommend this place but it was good too get to check it out. Other thing worth noting was the styrofoam box when my order was to eat in - disappointing that they didn't have plate for dine in.
This was the perfect spot for a quick lunch while I was solo - not McDonald's or Taco Bell, but good Mexican fast food style. I got the 3 rolled tacos with guac. There's a salsa bar with complimentary chips & red & green salsas, so I got to taste both, which both were good & had a good kick. Got my order & there was A LOT of guac, perfect for me. I smothered it in red & enjoyed my lunch. I would gladly go back.
This is probably the WORST Mexican restaurant! It is absolutely disgusting! They charged $1.50 extra for enchilada sauce but I didn’t notice a difference. The chicken had some black spots and was nasty!
The beans and rice tasted so dry like they’ve warmed up old beans from several days.
Save yourself the trouble and go to any other place.
The food is cold and tastes old. The bean and cheese burrito is very good. The woman who takes the orders and money is not friendly and needs improvement. I'm sure it's not an exciting job but great service is key to business. A smile, helpful answers to questions about the menu would be appreciated.

The service was much better and I got a smile! Lol I got the bean and cheese burrito. I ate most of it before taking a pic. It's huge and very good.
