This is the most efficient, professional and pleasant medical experience I’ve had in a long time. Dr Winchester and Lynn were engaging, focused, and careful to include me and keep me informed every step of the way.
They worked quickly and checked in regularly to be sure I was comfortable, and gave me both written and verbal instructions for aftercare, including the doctor’s cell phone number in case of after-hour problems.
The whole thing was a very classy 5 star experience… thank you!
Efficient but thorough. Jennifer Cook does a great job of noting and analysing potential trouble spots. She is very personable as she does. I have great confidence in her. The front desk people are also very outgoing. A pleasure to go to appointments there
Dr. Winchester was wonderful! He was caring and professional. He explained the procedure step by step, asked if I had any questions, then began to work. He talked to me the whole time he was working. I think he was trying to calm my nerves. Lynn, the nurse was also kind and gentle. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
Very pleasant experience with Dr. Wells and his assistant Abby! Professional and personable. Would give them both a five star plus!! Would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends!! Trust and appreciate their care!!!
As usual, I received very prompt and courteous service from the receptionist and nurses. Dr. Wells is a phenomenal doctor and has a wonderful rapport with patients. very thorough ask questions and gives answers. Always willing to give attention to the patient.
I thought I was going in for a check up. Felt more like a check off. Looked only at e few spots that I mentioned I had noticed, didn’t look anywhere else in case there was something I hadn’t noticed. Both assistant and Physician told me that they could not treat the small blemishes and tags without an extra fee (blaming their lawyers and referencing enticement). Not too sure what I and Blue Shield of Idaho paid for but I’m certain the value of the visit was scant in comparison.
All very nice people and beautiful office (this the two stars).
The nurse that gave me the numbing shot was great. Those shots are normally quite painful. These hurt very little. Thank you so much for doing such a good job.
