Definitely recommend this clinic, especially when searching for effective/reliable treatments for skin conditions. I’ve been struggling for acne for years and they were the only ones who were able to help me after seeing many dermatologists. The workers are very nice and helpful as well. I have gotten a laser treatment done by them twice already and am seeing my scars fade away!
its my first time to get the IPL treatment. At first, I was not sure what’s the best treatment that will work for my skin. I had a consultation with Alena and she gave me two options. There is no hard sell. She gives me the pros and cons of each treatment and let me to decide. I went through the IPL session eventually. She also gave me proper alert when there is potential discomfort on certain area. My overall experience is very pleasant and I would consider coming back again after several months.
I’ve been seeing this office before the pandemic around 2019 for the wart under my foot. Why I said the office not the doctor? Because I don’t think I actually seen Dr. Cui during the visits. Every time is different doctor and I don’t know if they are actual doctors or assistants. They offered me the freezing treatment which they said it’s the only way and it’s very painful. I had ten treatments already and it was no use. I had the treatment last week, and it was so painful that it made me think of my labor. And it still hurts today. Today I went to the office and asked if they could just remove the wart by cutting it out. The front desk asked the a lady in a nurse uniform and she said no. They didn’t even bother to ask the doctor. So I cancelled my future appointments with them and told them I am not going back anymore.
I’ve just seen another doctor. Dr. Lok’s office told me that I should wash the area with soap every six hours after the treatment since the medication is too strong. My foot hurts that much because Dr. Cui’s office never told me to wash off the medication. Now it’s affected and bloody water is coming out.
Went in on Thursday for appointment (booked last minute) had my cyst removed on Saturday morning. They were super nice and quick with all the procedures very thorough with aftercare. Definitely recommended. FYI they also speak different languages and many Chinese dialogue.
Professional and easily approachable. I underwent acne scar treatment with the help of Alena, and could not be more happier with the results. Would recommend for others who are looking for effective and compassionate treatment.
