This was my first time visiting this derm clinic. I have had a skin rash that was being treated by another dermatologist in this neighborhood for the past couple of months. The rash has yet improved and my friend recommended me to come to this clinic. The first impression was very positive coz the front desk was very welcoming even I had no appointment. The doctor patiently explained my condition and did a biopsy for me to assist my treatment. At the end I got confirmed that I have a fungal infection that was being mistreated by the other clinic the whole time. I am very thankful because I finally got the correct treatment and fixed my problem. The service provided by this clinic is exceptional and thorough, and I feel like I was being treated by a doctor who care about the patients.
Don't like the atmosphere there. Front desk is not helpful, they won't give you any further assistance but only like something making an appointment, plus a lazy attitude. The doctor I have is fine no minus no plus here. They definitely need to improve their business.
You STILL need to WAIT even when you arrive at your . Then what’s the purpose of making appointment? ????????The front desk said the doctors can’t have that many patients at one time, then why making appointment at the time you provide to people over the phone… SUCH WASTE OF TIME!????????????
Came here for couple sessions of M22 and Microneedling treatment, it really helped with my acne scars a lot. Doctor and aesthetician was very nice and patient.
The dermatologists at this clinic are great at accommodating you for skin treatments. My skin definitely improved from my previous visits.
