Add a few minutes extra to your I-45 travels, and take a detour to eat here! You won’t be sorry! Varied menu, friendly waitstaff, DELICIOUS food…and great shops on the same street. ????️ Plus…the apple pie is as big as my head! ???? Love this place!

great place for lunch. very old store that was a soda shop back in the day. you can feel the history when you walk through the doors.
I really wanted to like this diner and it certainly has potential. Located in a charming and historic area - next to the birthplace of Wolf brand chili - I had high hopes. But the food and service fell short. The Caesar salad had possibly the most salad dressing I have ever seen on a salad ever and the monte cristo sandwich was inedible. Do not get it. Service was slow with multiple people coming to our table at different times. Options are limited in the area so this may be as good as it gets.
Just easy all the way, very pleasant atmosphere, great holiday decor, not overstated. The food arrived in good time and it was delicious. The servers were all so kind. We will visit again for certain.
Probably some of the better food in Corsicana. The chicken fried steak was a tad underwhelming because it was way different from a typical Texas style CFS. It wasn't bad though. Literally everything else was amazing. Fresh (not canned) green beans, great mashed potatoes and the best breakfast in town. Perfect over-medium eggs, the best country fried potatoes I've ever had and a huge waffle with the freshest fruit. The cooks know a thing or two, let me tell ya.
This place had a great atmosphere and Laura was amazing. The food was the best part. My father had the Reuben and it was amazing. I wanted something lighter and the chicken salad sandwich w/ avocado was delicious. We will be back next time we’re in Corsicana.
Food was good. Fries and gyro were very good. Servers were quite nice but forgot several things throughout the meal. Atmosphere was ex Ellenton and full of customers. We plan on returning.
