Best WLM Reviews
Such a fun place for food and drinks! Loved the ambiance, great music, entertainment and quality food. It was an exciting environment but didn’t come across as too overwhelming. Highly recommend for large groups! Personal favorites were the lamb lollipops and steak kabobs
I recently dined at Acropolis Greek Taverna on Bruce B Downs, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. While the food was decent, the pricing was completely unreasonable. I was shocked to find that I was charged $15.36 for two 16oz bottles of Pellegrino. That’s over $7.50 per bottle! For sparkling water, that kind of markup is absurd. This was a 600% markup!
To make matters worse, there was no indication on the menu or from the server that the price for a simple beverage would be that outrageous.
I enjoy supporting local restaurants, but charging that much for sparkling water feels like a blatant rip-off. I won’t be returning, and I would recommend others to double-check their bill carefully to avoid similar surprises.
WOW!!! Amazing all around. The food and service was absolutely superb. Definitely will be returning. I am so happy we found this GEM. Corinna was our server and she truly completed our dinner. Thank you so much for the welcoming sweet service. To All the staff thank you for being so attentive. See you soon
This was my second time at this location on Bruce B. Downs. They have expanded and added a nice patio. It’s very comfortable. The waiter was very attentive and nice. We ordered red Snapper, Greek salad, French fries with Feta cheese, Hummus and Pita bread. Everything was delicious and fresh. It’s busy in the area but still a nice location. I went inside to use the restroom, and there was entertainment and music. A nice vibe.
The food was so delicious. We got several dishes, and all of them were good. The environment was fun and friendly. Our server, Zoya, was so sweet and really took her time with us so we could get the best service. Even did us a favor of allowing our birthday guests to break some plates with supervision. Opa! The food was timely, and everything came out hot. Would definitely come here again.
Went to Acropolis after a long time. Interior design was renewed (i really like it!). The food and atmosphere were wonderful. Ordered gyro platter and falafel with my friend. It was well enough for 3-4 ppl. Highly recommend everyone to try it out.
A Very nice clean restaurant, with Great Greek food.My Sandwich and soup were delicious.I will visit with my friends and family soon.
Authentic (as far as I know) and delicious. The portion sizes are generous and the Greek salad and spanakopita were amazing. Was so full with those two I couldn’t even eat my main meal which was also delicious after the fact.
