Absolutely the most amazing resort ever. I see exactly why it is the #1 resort in the US. The rooms are fabulous, the view is breathtaking, the food is top tier and I have never seen service as impeccable as it is here. Words fall short when trying to describe this place and my level of satisfaction. Well done by all !!!! Thank you for making our honeymoon the most beautiful and amazing trip ever.
Best part of our vacation experience was the service we received from the staff. Kevin who works beachside and poolside stands out as one of the best staff we interacted with. Extra attentive, kind, and made us happy to see him each day! Beachside service provided towels and pitchers of waters with your choice of lemon/lime to keep you hydrated on the beach.
My wife and I took a weekend trip to the Miami area and chose to celebrate our small, private wedding at Acqualina. Our marriage ceremony and 2 night stay was thoughtful, professional, and truly a 5 star experience. The amenities at the resort, including spa/massage, dining, beach access, etc are fantastic. The views from our Oceanside suite were incredible. The staff is attentive to detail and courteous to each and every guest. A special thanks to Jessica, Melissa, and Maria for making our wedding unforgettable. Everyone who works at the resort will make the extra effort to ensure you are cared for and feel special. We will certainly be back for an anniversary experience!
I’ve stayed at nearly all of the five star resorts in Miami and this is my favorite, especially for families with children. The resort itself is amazing but the service is next level. They are so great with kids. My son has food allergies and they go above and beyond to make his experience amazing.
The best service all-around. Iurii will take impeccable care of you at the beach, and the amenities for adults and children are top tier. This is our third trip here and we will definitely be returning! Plan to try all of the restaurants, there is no need to leave the resort!
We had a beautiful stay at Aqualina Resort and can’t wait to return! The beach is pristine, clean and relaxing. The staff was phenomenal - we especially enjoyed the great customer service and professionalism of Gerardo at the buffet and at the beach by Adrian and Danny who helped my son pick out toys and make his beach experience well rounded! The kids room was also clean and a great amenity to have - the staff is also great there too! Thanks Acqualina
Alize cali are the best. Beach and pool always have us covered. A+ family amenities. You can basically leave your suit case at home. They have toys, swim diapers even a beach side crib.||Concierge has also always been there to help with everything. Even found choclate for my toddler.
alize was awesome and very helpful! She made our pool experience first class. Acqualina was an amazing resort to stay at for our family it had great food and amenities. The restaurants were wonderful and very delicious. I would highly recommend this stay!
