Ordered a med cheese/pepperoni with half mushroom WELL DONE pizza. What I got was a very soggy pizza that you can’t pick up and eat. Took it home to see if I can’t dry it out in my oven. I’ll include a picture so you can see.
The only thing that was good was the weight staff. She was attentive and very good.
My crust was slightly charred, which dominated the taste of my first slice, but it was still delicious. I let the eaitress know and tlod them i just wanted to give feedback and didn't expect snything as i still enjoyed the food, but the owner still gave us a discount.
My only complaint is that it isn't closer to home.
Great little Chicago pizza place. Their garlic knott appetizer is a must try and very comforting ☺️. Their pizzas are fresh and tasty. Great pizzas ???? for sure.
I recently had an exceptional dining experience at Acme Pizza in Holly Springs, NC, and I can't express enough how wonderful our server, Gwen, made our visit. From the moment we walked in, Gwen's warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for an enjoyable evening.
Gwen was not only attentive and knowledgeable about the menu but also went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Her enthusiasm for the restaurant's offerings truly enhanced our dining experience.
Throughout our meal, Gwen checked in with us regularly, making sure we had everything we needed. Her professionalism, coupled with a genuine interest in ensuring our dining experience was top-notch, left a lasting positive impression.
Acme Pizza itself exceeded expectations; the pizza was delicious, with a perfect crust and high-quality toppings. The cozy atmosphere and excellent service provided by Gwen made this visit memorable. I highly recommend Acme Pizza in Holly Springs, and if you're fortunate enough to have Gwen as your server, you're in for a delightful dining experience.
Wow! So impressed with the quality of everything I got here! Deep dish pizza was perfectly cheesy and the garlic knots were surprisingly hearty.
The person who took my order over the phone was polite and efficient and the person who took my payment was smiling non-stop! Excellent experience!
Came here because it was voted “best pizza in HS” in the Suburban Magazine.
Single star for service. Garlic knots are NOT knots, they are zeppoles with no taste of garlic, barely any oil. Pizza was ok, pineapples tasted so bad I had to pick them off individually. To top it off, they gave us a complimentary desert..an undercooked zeppole! lol
Really enjoyed this place.
Top 3 garlic knots of my life.
Buffalo chicken pizza was pretty good. Some bites didn't have chicken or tomato or Buffalo sauce meaning not too evenly distributed ingredients but I would definitely order again.
Friendly staff.
Fries were amazing.
Overall 5/5
Love this place! Atmosphere is really casual and fun. The food is delicious! Can’t beat the service either. We definitely recommend trying out ACME Pizza if you’re in the area!
