From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and attentiveness. Alie Lopez, the sales representative took the time to understand my needs and preferences, showing me options that matched my criteria. What impressed me most was their no pressure tactics.
When it came to finalizing the purchase, the process was efficient yet thorough. The finance dept secured a great rate, and answered all my questions.
I was particularly impressed by the follow-up after the sale—they made sure I was satisfied and even offered several complimentary service checks.

I highly recommend their service just based on my buying experience. They were patience while i took my time to choose which car I wanted and helped me narrow down my search based on what i wanted. Bo Carlson was with every step of the way and made sure i got all the information necessary for my car. Chris Flusk & David Mazurek were clear and detailed about the paperwork involved. We had the most FABULOUS experience at Acme Nissan. We were bait and switched at hamilton Nissan and I called acme and spoke to the sales manager Jake who went over pricing with me and all the fees. We came in to test drive and our sales woman Alie Lopez was so efficient and honest. The finance manager Dave was no nonsense and got us the best interest rate with Nissan. We are so stinkin’ happy with our Rogue! We will back soon for a new pathfinder.
