Shopping in house is fine. If you use the self checkout area prepare to be scrutinized as if you are a well known criminal. If you want to use the grocery pickup forget about it. Go to Wholefoods.
This is a small, old store in town. It’s easy to shop at. The employees are extremely friendly. They have many regular customers.
From the second I walked up I could feel the energy off. I never was once greeted by any of the 3 employees I crossed paths with. I simply went about my business and grabbed my two items and went on to self checkout to purchase them. After my transaction I stopped to look at the balloons (obviously to purchase) and out of the side of my eye I see a lady with curly blonde hair staring me down in the midst of her doing a completely separate transaction a few registers down. It made me so uncomfortable to the point where I just grabbed the first balloons I saw, purchased them, and left. This was my first and absolute last time coming to this particular acme. I should be able to peacefully shop without feeling like i’m being watched. (let me just add this in here i’m african american, i look young, and i have tattoos.. not that any of that should even matter but this is the world we live in unfortunately.)
The food here is frequently expired. It's August 8th and I bought this yogurt today. I forgot to check before I bought it, but it expired on April 9th. I frequently find expired food in the dairy section. I have no clue why they can't check labels. I don't think I'll be going back.
I’m so tired of them selling me expired food. I know they can do better and they should.Just keep driving to ShopRite in Cherry Hill.
No fried chicken available in the deli at 6:30PM Monday12/2/2024. Only the prep pans with hot water.
