Best WLM Reviews
This place is always super clean. Everything is super organized and well stacked. And you never have a problem finding things you need. Loved the fresh farm produce of this place. This is one of the biggest stores to get daily needs around Blairstown.
High priced. Specials from the app, especially free ones are rarely actually in stock. The deli is good, and the fresh fish area.
I was on the road and needed some supplies. Don't let the name Acme fool you, you won't find rocket shoes, portable holes, or roadrunner traps; this is your average supermarket. I was able to find all the items I needed, specifically some nail clippers, a bottle of cranberry juice, and a container of dish detergent.
They also carry Tasty Kake brand here, which is one we don't see in the northwest. I did a systematic search through the entire store to find what I needed, and was impressed with the content of their deli, produce, and butcher sections. I'd put these guys head to head against our local chain, and expect they'd come out on top.
Visited at 8:40 pm on 5/29/23 to purchase infant formula. I asked one of the cashiers to please open the show case as these items are locked up. After the cashier spoke with the/a manager on duty who had the key, she told me the manager said that this section was already closed for the night.
How can a supermarket like Acme refused to sell me an item that is 100% in stock and visible to (me) the customer? Not only was I inside well within time to get in and out before their "posted" closing time, but refused to sell me something so essential like infant formula. Acme is the only supermarket serving this area, and it's extreme poor service to the community to do such thing and especially with this type of essential item.
I'm extremely disappointed.
The staff here are friendly. The items here are easy to find. There is always plenty of parking. Plus there's next to no wait time for a line. (Update as of Oct 2024, nothing has changed. Still an awesome experience as it always has been)
This store use to be so clean and have such great produce when it was AMP . Now it’s filthy . Don’t think of using the bathrooms . I wouldn’t be shocked if there’s roaches . The fruits and veggie's are just awful . People are posting mealy rotten apples .shelves are dirty to a point they look like they are two colors . I’ve returned items often cuz they have been rotten . The employees are wonderful . They all couldn’t be any nicer . For being the only store for miles and miles I assume this is why the company doesn’t care. they know people will have go so not to have to drive miles out if the way . prices are doubled compared to shoprite . If I could score a -1 star I would . I walk in and think I could get sick in here and want to wash my hands if I touch anything . Please please fix up this store
Very nice store with super friendly customer service!
Well stocked supermarket with large fresh fruit and produce section.
Update 2023: still well stocked. Has many items not available elsewhere locally.
