The food is way better here than any other supermarket. Always the friendliest people at the deli. Thanks Laura for always being patient and helping me out.
I just wanted to leave a review of a couple of employees who were helpful and i felt went above and beyond. Jameel at the bakery is truly an asset to your supermarket. Ann the cashier was also a pleasant breath of fresh air. These 2 people truly understand customer service. Also, carla at the desk is always friendly and sweet to my daughter and I. Thank you guys for your kindness in this cruel world.
Never in my life have I bought something from the deli section and opened the product to find it completely moldy. Disgusting! The pie wasn’t past expiration - clearly it got wet during storage and molded from the inside out. Nasty!
If you’re going to hire people in the deli that will ignore customers and stay on their phones just close the deli. I spent 5 minutes trying to get someone’s attention only for them to walk away looking at their phones. Unacceptable.
This store is very nice and clean. It’s a huge grocery store with a lot of items in it. The aisles are nice arranged. The employees are very friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend this store!!
Bought some ready made food (chicken Marsala with pasta) - smelled worse that a week old trash. My dog wouldn’t even touch it. Uhhhhh very bad. Don’t do it!!
I reside fairly close to ACME supermarket. The supermarket has a large variety of good and supplies, fresh food, plenty of parking and conveniently located next to other stores and restaurants. Lately the sushi has been of poor quality and doesn’t taste fresh. Complaints were given to staff but nothing has been done. Prices at ACME are higher than other supermarkets, so if you are not pressed for time, go some place else. To give an example, the ham and cheese is proximately three dollars more than Walmart prices. This has been a failed supermarket formerly owned and operated by A&P, Pathmark and eventually went bankrupt due to inflated prices.
This is a great place to have dinner for a special event. The view is amazing of the Manhattan skyline and the food, service, and ambience was great! Our server Jason was so friendly and accommodating. Thank you Jason! I recommend the Chart House for that special occasion you're planning!
