Dr. Baldwin and his staff are great! Dr. Baldwin was quick, thorough and has a great bedside manner. He recently did my surgery and I am very pleased. His coworker, Seth, was a delight to visit last week for my surgical followup. So far, all the staff have been superb. The only drawback in past visits were the waiting room times. I have had to wait longer than 30 minutes on two occasions but I understand staff shortage on those days were to blame. I will keep going back for any of my foot/ankle issues.
My Grandma goes here, and she love it. The staff, and doctor are nice and welcome. My foot is doing great. You definitely should go to them. These are my diabetic shoes they ordered for me and are really comfortable.
Nurse practitioner Monica for a lack of better words, just amazing. She made my visit awesome. Made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me. Her attention to her patients and the way she shows her level of care for them is great!! If you need to find good help with anything. Request her. You won’t regret it. Thank you Monica!
My first time going to this practice and will definitely be back! Dr. Baldwin was kind, listened and addressed my issue! He went above and beyond to get my issue addressed! The staff was great and the check in process was smooth and efficient.
My 16 year old came in for an issue that was addressed with care and we were made to feel very comfortable. Nurse practitioner Monica answered all our questions and reassured my child. She was very professional and had great bedside manner. The other employees in the office (other nurses and front desk staff) were very friendly and we even commented when we left that everyone had been so nice.

My experience with Nurse Practitioner Monica Broadnax at Achilles Foot & Ankle was wonderful. I've been in as a patient a couple of times now and she was very thorough, kind, and efficient with her treatment of my ingrown toenail.
