Thought I would try something new, so I ordered the chicken rolled tacos. Do you see any chicken in here? 3 of my 4 tacos were completely see through and the little chicken that was in there was fried to a crisp, and not recognizable as chicken. I also ordered a bottle of water, didn’t receive it but was charged for it. Pictures show that there was barely any chicken.
Order will be complete/correct about 60% of the time. I do a lot of order ahead on their app. Since 2024 most of my orders are missing whole plates and is not ready even when they are slow and I arrive after their eta. Impossible to check your order as they staple the bag close with a crazy amount of staples. Sometimes they will accidently give away your whole order and go through that whole hassle. Food quality spotty as well, very inconsistent. Service varies as well. Sadly I gave it a year to improve and it did not. Outdoor bathroom only, I refuse to use it as it looks like a homeless hang out.
Horrible service. Neglected to let us know that they were having card trouble. Walks away with card no communication. Continues to try the card on different system 4 times still no communication. Quick shoves food and doesn't apologize for wait, not letting us know what's going on. Then forgets are drinks. We were shocked from the service, I've had usually pleasant visits. This was the worse one yet. We tried knocking on the Door since the line still had barley moved since we left at first. Made rude faces and keep just telling us to move to line without asking what was the problem even after we held the receipt to show then it and made a gesture to show we were missing the drinks. I tried calling them twice and they answered the phone and set it down so they wouldn't have to here it ring, the first call they did that and hung up on me.
Great food at fantastic prices. Reminds me of Mexico! Especially love the fish taco.
Fast mexican but not really flavorful. I gave them two tries for the grilled chicken tacos but the chicken has a real strong smell. For the same price can get better authentic somewhere else. They're nice workers though, polite and friendly.
I have ordered from this location often in the past - but no more. Last time my fish, in my fish tacos, was fried to a crisp. This time the pieces of fish are so small I had to dig and look for them. And they were about tasteless too. Not worth driving back down there - but I will return to Los Cabo’s where I can depend on getting home with dinner I can eat.
Food usually has good flavor and is pretty fast. Employees are super sweet! The bowls and burritos are great. The tortas used to be huge but they are less than half the size they used to be. Got a carnitas torta and was $10 but was a little disappointed since I was picturing what I'd received before
Good tasting tacos I've been here a few times when I've worked in the area. The green sauce is slightly mild but the tacos taste good so no complaints from me.
