One of the staff workers here is beyond rude. After tolerating a ton of her attitude I got my check and just asked her why it only showed 5 tacos for 10$ when it was taco Tuesday and it said 1$. She told me that the chicken tacos were supposed to be 2$ and the sign was wrong and after I said that would be false advertising she went and talked to someone else. Then she came up to me and instead of saying she was wrong and the receipt just looked weird she basically called me stupid and asked me what 5+5 is. There was so many other things that were said it was highly unprofessional. I have no problem with the other staff but I will not be returning here if I ever see her inside. When someone else is working I would rate this place a 4/5 or 5/5.
I went in on 12/18/24 and the staff was incredibly rude to me and my friend. The food is good though. If you are only ordering food I recommend ordering ahead online and absolutely not eating there.
Drinks were great when the first bartender. But got weaker the more $ money spent.. So I left to fix my own drink at home. Didn't get anything to eat this time but my first visit from GA was very good & I wanted more. Due to Halloween ???????? season & contest didn't want to wait for food. But I really enjoyed myself & until next time I'm dancing all night. I do think the boucher should be closer to the door way so he doesn't have to chase the ones that have never even been there before. It was his first time so he just went to the table where friends were & got chased down ????, but he understood after the fact that we had gone to a table where we're friends were.
This was my first time here and it was good. We went on a dead night apparently, which was fine because it was chill and the pool tables were open. They have a significant amount of TVs, and I loved that game show network was playing. Would appreciate some closed captioning on at least some of the TVs though. The bartender was very nice and down-to-earth. The food was good and there was a lot of options. There is plenty of seating. Some of the chairs are wobbly and need fixed up or replaced though. I also love that it's non-smoking.
My only frustration was how unkept their social media/online presence is and how I had no idea what I would be walking in to, as they have no website, page, or anything. Even here on Google, there's no menu or information at all. They also don't have a drink menu in the establishment, which i thought would be helpful. But we were pleasantly surprised! We will be back (:
We stopped in to grab dinner. We enjoyed the food it was very good. Service was a bit slow, but I don't think there were a lot of employees working at the time we were there. Only wished there were a few more standard tables. They had mostly high top tables. Yes I know it's a bar but high tops aren't always comfortable for everyone. Other than that it was great.
It's the first time stopping by Ace's Pub. It's definitely worth it. The chicken BBQ pizza was quite delicious. I'll need to try out the other food, at some point.
When I called the Bartender was rude & snappy . I didn’t appreciate that at all . Fast forward to getting the food . My chicken order wasn’t right . The chicken tenders and fries were very good and hot but the macaroni was absolutely atrocious. Overcooked , very soggy and bland . Hopefully the bartender gets her attitude together and maybe I just got a bad serving of mac and cheese , but I am very unsatisfied with the service and the macaroni.
Had a adult drink and enjoyed the atmosphere.the food was great
