Best WLM Reviews
First time here, loved the overall vibe of the restaurant! Very cool how they have 3 large tables, with some booths as well. They have outdoor seating, with some tables that have fans. There were also corn hole boards set up. The music was a tad loud, the only reason for the 4 stars on atmosphere. Me and my husband both got the ace burger, I got fries and he got the onion straws. Ordering was very fast, we waited about 10 minutes with a beeper. Food was 10/10!!! I just wish they had homemade ranch.
Wanted a burger but not fast food and this hit the spot. Good burgers, excellent onion rings. Had the sweet potato tots and they were good. Friendly staff, clean restaurant.
We found this place while we where here in charlotte. I had the hamburger with bacon and fried egg. I asked for the combo so they charged me $8.45 for the burger $1.75 for the bacon and $1.50 for the egg and top of that they charged $5 for a fries combo and $2.50 to add the shake so between me and my husband we spent about $43 and that’s including tip and tax. The atmosphere here is nice and it is very clean and the staff was great but our food seemed a little dry and overcooked and of course overpriced. Their shakes were great. To us we don’t think that it is worth it.
Stopped by Ace #3 for the first time today. Good overall experience. Burger had a good flavor. Bacon was excellent. This is a little pricey for what it is. $8.85 for a plain burger. Premium toppings are $1.50-75. Fries are $3.25.
Everything was excellent from beginning to end! Customer service was superb. The atmosphere was warm and inviting... including the great music. The food was goooood.
I opted for the plant patty with onion straws, sweet potato tots, and a strawberry shake. The comeback sauce and dijonaise sauces were delicious compliments to the sides. The veggie burger on the brioche bun was AMAAZZING! The consistency rivaled a beef patty. It was packed with flavor and held together really well. Overall, it was very filling. By the time I drank my shake, it had melted but the flavor was still delicious. I had to toss the thick straw and use a regular drinking straw but it was worth every sip. My family had the double ace burgers and both give a thumbs up.
I recently visited Ace No. 3 and had a great experience overall. The burgers were fresh, flavorful, and satisfying—definitely a solid choice if you’re in the mood for a well-prepared burger.
What really made the visit stand out was the service. Kevin, the manager, was exceptionally welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for our meal. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor really elevated the experience. The rest of the staff was quick and efficient, ensuring that our food arrived promptly even though the restaurant was bustling.
If you’re looking for a place with good burgers and excellent service, Ace No. 3 is worth a visit. I'll definitely be back!
Ace No. 3 has been on my to-try list for some time. Finally made it. Let’s get right to it.
First of all, I had the privilege of meeting Alyssa, the district manager. I get the feeling she loves her job. She is featured in one of my videos describing the loyalty program. Something you definitely need to sign up for. I love how fast free stuff adds up in loyalties.
We tried the fried bologna sandwich which they told me should be available through the end of March but it’s been such a hit it may stay on the menu a bit longer; however, don’t miss out go now, you still have like 10 days to get here and try it! It’s deliciousness!
Also tried the Ace double cheeseburger with the comeback sauce, a side of fries, onion straws, and sweet potato tots. Man, this burger lives up to the hype!
We also made sure to order two shakes, one chocolate and the other vanilla as well as a few waters to go for the ride home. Gotta stay hydrated!
Ace No. 3 is a must, I think they should sell bottles of the sauces because they are that good!
I am telling you…..
I began to dip my fries in the garlic aïoli as well as the comeback sauce & it became an addictive situation.
There is a reason why the comeback sauce is famous!
I “highly” recommend Ace No.3!

Ace No 3 is a favorite of mine. This was my first time visiting the Concord Mills location though.
My husband and I shared:
- The Ace Burger
- Burger Madness - Grand Prix Pepperjack
- Fries
- Confetti Cake Shake
The Ace Burger is the one I always come back to as my favorite no matter what else I order. I enjoyed the rest of the food too.
As painful as it is to give them 3 stars, the service was absolutely awful while we were there. We stood at the register for 15 minutes, completely ignored because they were busy. There was a huge line of people behind us too.
I understand if a place is busy, but at a place that's fast casual, I would expect them to take our order so we can sit down and then there may be a longer wait for our food.
The only reason we were ever able to place an order is because we went online (while standing at the register) and placed an order. So basically, they serve online customers, but not the ones standing in front of them. We saw many people leave because of how ridiculous it was. I have no idea if they ever took orders the entire time we were there.
I still love Ace No 3, but I wouldn't go back to this location. I'll stick to Belmont/Myers Park from now on.
