COMPLETELY DISGUSTING!!! French toast wasn’t DONE! they just put a mass amount of cinnamon & a glob of butter. Which wasn’t even melted.The Turkey sausage links look even more suspect (probably not done either) since now I know the French toast isn’t cooked. The only thing that was cooked correctly (Done) was my eggs. This is just ridiculous & I will never order from them again. They should be ashamed of themselves. Very poor quality!!!
I have been a customer for over 30 years. They have the best homemade bread!!!!! They have food I enjoy because I am now pescatarian
I ordered chicken & waffles. It literally took forever. I expected fried chicken & I ended up with chicken fingers. I mean it was good but it shouldn’t have taken as long as it did. The poor waitress & the owner had to ask where my food was multiple times.
Delicious and homey - got the grilled ham and cheese with their homemade bread. This was a HUGE sandwich! Plus, great service. Can't wait to come back.
I like the place it was a nice place to sit and eat what I ordered was chicken and waffles and only thing I didn't like was instead of chicken wings we got chicken strips and you offered on your menu chicken wings not chicken strips but the food was good and thank you for letting me in your establishment

This is my first time trying them to dine-in because I've order for take out or grubhub. With entry, it's very small and has a classic feel to it which can be good or bad depending on the consumers. Tip/suggest: this place is great for couples with a small child or two. The waitress greeted me with a menu and ask for a drink. I ordered three stack pancake with bacon and eggs with cheese. Also and order of homemade toasted bread. Most breakfast spot around the neighborhood are the same but this spot is a bit different. It felt like my cousins down south made this breakfast but it's missing variety to make it special. The bacon was pre-cooked (obvious) but the eggs with cheese was made light scrambled and I can taste the cheese. Pancake taste reminded me of crackle barrel which is good but I'm missing variety of toppings. The place can be a hidden gem but need more space and variety than the neighborhood standard.
When in Philly this is our go to spot for breakfast. Food is great, service is excellent.
