I love Dr Abitoye,she's my daughter's Dr.She is compassionate, always pay attention to her patients and make sure she give the best quality care.She's absolutely awesome ✅️
Took my newborn here 3 days post c section and waited 2 hours in their cold and uncomfortable waiting room before being seen. And I believe we would have waited longer if my husband did not speak up on my behalf because I was in so much pain I was crying. Also weight discrepancy between the number on the scale and the number they put in the portal. Parents be attentive if you go here because medical assistant nor doctor even noticed until I pointed it out for my son.
They schedule my son 6 week shots appointment for December 4 at 9am .. when I arrived I was asked did I have any concerns because they wouldn’t be able to see him because he wasn’t 2 months (If you count by weeks, he’s 2 months) why would you schedule the appointment if you knew his birthday and why wasn’t I noticed before coming I took off work and all for this appointment for you to tell me he can’t get his shots. Then the lady at the front desk got an attitude because I asked for his medical records to be fax to his new doctor. Terrible communication!
I've been bringing my daughters here since they were newborns, my daughters will be 3 soon... and I never had complaints until our last couple of visits. The change in staff has been awful, the other ladies were super nice and friendly. Since then, I have gone and the front desk is rude, they don't want to take calls. I have been calling for a week now trying to get my kids' shot records, and one time they answered and hung up! Not helpful, rude, not a good look for this clinic.. the Doctors are great, but the staff? HORRIBLE they act annoyed for doing their job.. just go home then..
She was awesome!! This was our first time here. Our wait time was long but every room was occupied with a sick child. Overall, it was a good experience
I love Dr. Abitoye and Dr. Sarah they are so knowledgeable. They educate me about whatever is going on with my children during our visits. I have recommended Acclaim Pediatrics to the mom’s at the school where I work, although I might stop because the wait times are crazy long sometimes BUT I know they are giving 5 star service to everyone waiting.
Poor care. Staff acts incompetent and are not friendly at all. They don’t give proper shots and make up lies. I didn’t realize, but they didn’t give all the 2 month shots, claimed there was another appointment at month 3 for the remainder-but said we no showed for that appointment (they don’t provide reminder calls nor a card for the next appointment).. He went for his 4 month shots but they never mentioned his remaining 2 month shots. Then place the blame on me. They never respond to calls. I was overcharged and promised a reimbursement. I must’ve called about 6 times waiting on a call back. And I NEVER received one. I had to go to the office to get the check. It took so long that I winded up pacing the halls with my 3 month old son. I can’t stress enough to be careful with this organization. Long wait times, rude staff, improper infant care, lack of response amongst others. Poor pediatricians office. I switched to another local organization and they are a ton better.
Horrible service, very disorganized. Nothing is coordinated, they sent me a reminder for my sons appointment for 1:00 pm est which is typically 12pm CST, getting there they said they are on break and I will have to wait till break is over. I clocked out of work for this appointment and eventually had to go bk achieving nothing, rescheduling was a battle.
Update: so this place has been better since I left the first review. No long wait times like it used to, and they are more organized too.
