We always have a good experience here . We absolutely love Gail,so nice. And Sarah is AMAZING! So smart and knowledgeable, explains everything,so sweet, great eye contact etc She always takes good care of us,Smartest doctor I’ve seen yet in the facility!!She is EXCEPTIONAL!!!
I walked in to be tested and treated at 9am and was greeted by an unpleasant front desk lady who looked like she hated her life. Once I checked in, I sat and waited for thirty minutes before a nurse took me in. (I was the only person there). I was not tested like I thought I was going to be and they sent me on my way. It has now been hours since they called in my prescription and did not communicate with me that they did. I have called four times now and no one has picked up. My advice? If you’re thinking about getting treated, DON’T come here.
I’ve been in the office twice the last five days due to the same issue and Gail and Sarah are just simply incredible.
Sarah explains everything so thoroughly and is so patient with all of my questions and Gail Always makes my Experience pleasant!!!
My first time there by my daughter's advice. She's been there before. Greeted very nicely and politely. The visit was short but sufficient by all. Glad I came and will come back whenever the opportunity presents itself. Thanks to all!
I usually go to this urgent care and they’re usually really nice and friendly. I went today on 06/27/24 For an ear infection. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and the nurse was very friendly, but the doctor was absolutely horrible, She was in my room for literally less than one minute, Like I said, I had a ear infection so I had a hard time hearing her, I unfortunately had to ask her to repeat herself several times and she got extremely frustrated and said I give you antibiotics go pick them up and walked out of the room! It was the most unfriendly unprofessional service I have ever received in my life in the medical field. Never return to this urgent care again I’m extremely upset! No one with that kind of attitude should be working with people, Especially someone who is in pain!
My 21 year old daughter who is living in Dayton Ohio has Bluecross Blueshield went into receive service because her eyes is almost swollen shut. The young lady at the desk, Crystal said that Bluecross and Blueshield website is down and that she was unable to verify coverage. She said that her manager said that they would be unable to see her because the BCBS system is down. When I inquired if she could self pay I was told she could not and when I asked why she could not provide a reason other than her manager said they could not. I work in healthcare and I have never heard of a facility denying care to anyone especially if they have insurance and or they are willing to self pay. This is the very opposite of quality care for patients and I will be reporting the unfortunate and terrible service received by this facility.
The staff and Dr were very friendly.and did a great job getting me in and out of the office without having to spend. A long wait like i do at my doctor's office when i have an appointment
Very prompt service. The wait time was under 10 min from my arrival…got back to the exam room. Once back in the exam room a 5 min wait for the PA to come in see me. Test results were fast. Awesome service, care and dedication to making me feel better. Very descriptive on my condition. Even though I feel like a convoy of semis rolled over me I walked out with a smile from the care received.
