I was glad I went to get medical attention for a human bit. The doctor said I needed antibiotics ASAP to keep from getting an infection.. The only problem was pharmacy's don't stay open late and they didn't have any on hand. I had to make special arrangements to get to the only one in town open at 9pm.
The staff were great and there were no communication problems. I didn't have to wait long. I left knowing I had great care. Thank you so much.

I don’t ever go to urgent care, but had been extremely sick for over a week, and woke up Saturday morning feeling very ill. After reading the reviews I decided to try it out. So happy that I did, because it turned out I was very sick. Diagnosed with Bronchitis and possible Pneumonia in my lower right lung. All of the staff were very professional and kind. Dawn wall, FNP was absolutely amazing!!! She examined me and checked everything. I haven’t had a sick exam like that in years! It made me happy to know that there are still good providers out there that take their job seriously and from the heart. She truly cares for her patients. After reading my X-ray, she discussed the results and sent antibiotics to my pharmacy. I am starting to feel a lot better today. I can’t recommend this urgent care clinic enough! You will be in good hands and I will be back for any other needs that may arise!! Thank you for taking such good care of me ????
If I could give no stars I would. Had an 8 am appt yesterday, got there at 750. Waited until 9 and finally went somewhere else because NO ONE SHOWED UP. and no one wooild answer the phone at their Corp office either. What a joke.
I visited this location after missing a step on our staircase.
The X-rays didn’t show much, but the physician working said he believed the X-rays to not be very clear and to follow up with orthopedics in 2-4 weeks if the ortho shoe he gave me didn’t help.
After I got home, the same physician called and told me from his impression of the office visit, I had an injury that needed faster attention and encouraged me to call orthopedics sooner. I’m impressed he thought enough to trust his own opinion than just a radiological diagnosis from a crappy xray.
I ended up having a plantar fracture with two ruptured tendons.
Surgery scheduling is pending a nerve study.
There was construction in the lobby and it was very noisy. I was sick, my ears were congested so it was difficult for me to hear. The woman at the front desk was wearing a mask, which made it even harder. When I asked her to repeat what she said, she rolled her eyes. She did that twice. That's when I decided to go to Express Wellness in Tulsa Hills, where I had a very pleasant experience. I won't return to Access.
Nurse practitioner very polite and professional. There is a medical assistant who was very rude and judgmental. Front desk was pleasant as well.
Very impressed from the young lady at the front desk to the Physicians Assistant that took care of me. Cheaper than going to my Primary Care Physician
Staff was very kind. I was treated by David Mansfield PAC, he was excellent and really went the extra mile for me.
