I was extremely appalled at the condition of this clinic. We had to wait outside in the middle of the summer over an hour past our appointment time due to construction. There was no space available inside to wait so patients sat on the curb outside the door. This is unacceptable for a health care facility. The interior was absolutely filthy, damaged, and not fit for providing services. The exam room did not have any handwash sink or sanitizer, therefore the providers did not have clean hands before touching my daughter. Zero introduction or name tags on the staff members so who knew what their role was as they entered the room. I did not feel safe or comfortable here and was on the verge of leaving had I not already waited over an hour with my sick child. I’m filing a complaint with my insurance provider that they would endorse services at this clinic. I would never come back here and recommend others to pick someplace else.
I was seen promptly by a nurse then a nurse practitioner. They both asked lots of questions to insure they had a full description of my issue. The nurse practitioner took x-rays and went over what he was able to determine with the promise of a call once the radiologist had reviewed them. I was given antibiotics and cough remedy with the suggestion of including an over the counter product as well as doubling my usual fluid intake. I felt seen, heard, understood and sent home with the solution to my wintertime malady. Wonderful experience!
Emergency issue and it seems, this is the only place that see walk-in patients.
There was some kinda advertisement, emergency 2.4 hours, access 1.0 hour.
Waiting time is long, but not bad.
The nurse assistant and the doctor are genuinely nice and competent people.

I have been struggling with a deep cough for a while and wanted to be sure it wasn’t turning into Pneumonia and couldn’t get into my PCP for several more days. I was able to quickly get seen and everyone there was so nice and reassuring and listened to all of my concerns. They were quite a blessing! I would definitely recommend them!!
First I would like the say the staff and physicians here have terrible attitudes. I came here for a sinus infection, received nothing other than a COVID test and told to drink clear fluids. Following that regimen my symptoms only got worse. Today I went to Medwise and they caught that i have a lower respiratory infection and are putting me on prescription medication. Go to Medwise, they will take care of you and actually listen to your concerns.
Always a pleasant experience when we visit this urgent care the staff are caring and always listen intently. I’ve never had to wait more than an hour here my visit this time was about 15 minutes and my little girl ended up having Covid. I appreciate the stuff caring for my baby. We will be back.!!
The visit was fine. Check in was fast and pleasant reception. The nurse practitioner was great.
The only negative was the nurse practitioner said she was going to call in a prescription and didn’t. I have tried to contact them the next day and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I finally called the pharmacy to see if it had been sent. 24 hours later the prescription was ready.
Wait time was good, the, the physician assistant was super nice very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very good at getting to what was wrong. Explained everything to me and was very nice and made me feel better
