I went to the urgent care in Edmond, early in the afternoon for some flu like symptoms. Parking is very easy and accessible. The waiting room was clean and dimly lit, which was easy on my headache. Sign-in process was as easy as scanning a QR code and filling out info. I waited no more than 5 minutes before being called in. My PA was very kind and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and filled my scrips. I was in and out in less that 30 minutes… will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family!
Doctor Nguyen spent 3 minutes with me. I was there for a cough, chest pressure, and congestion. He didn’t even listen to my chest. Just told me the Covid results were negative and let things run its course. It was rushed and I felt like my additional questions were a bother. He stood in the doorway when I asked questions, which indicated he was ready to move on.
Dr. Thomas and his team are very thorough and addressed all of my concerns. Excellent level of professionalism from check-in to check- out. Thank you a great experience and outcome.
Very good customer service @ reception. She was very friendly & efficient & helpful. My son saw Dr. within 15 minutes. Script sent in right away.
From start to finish was less than 30 minutes. Highly recomnend for a walk in clinic!

This place is always the best. Quick and easy. The staff is nice, laid back, informative and always helpful and understanding. I take my kids here for sports physicals, injuries and illnesses.
My first appointment was not good. I went in saying I had an infection on my elbow, but the provider disagreed and diagnosed it as bursitis and gave me an anti-inflammatory (Naproxen) to take. It got worse over the next two days, spreading up and down my arm. Today I was given antibiotics after showing what happened over the last two days. The provider that was there on 12/06/2024 did not do well, but I feel the provider there on 12/08/2024 got it right.
I took both my kids here and the provider was so sweet, he was singing to them (they’re very young kids). Definitely recommend this place for kids
