Very upset with my visit. I went in with a bad cough that I had for about a week and just developed troubled breathing the night before. First, they didn’t even check my temperature. When they checked my BP they put the cuff on my elbow and didn’t get a clear reading. They tested me for Covid/flu/strep all were negative. I tried to explain how I felt, and I was concerned it was pneumonia, as it has been spreading like crazy. They were rude and didn’t make me feel heard or cared for. After waiting a very long time to be seen again, they sent me home saying I have a cold and to just tough it out.
I ended going to a different urgent care to get a second opinion, because I knew something was not right and not “just a cold”. When they checked my vitals, I was running a fever and my oxygen was abnormally low. Immediately sent to the ER and was admitted and diagnosed with pneumonia.
I really have had great experiences the two times I have had to go there. The staff is friendly and the doctor has a great "bed-side manner". It was all around a pleasant experience!
Woke up with fever and a donkey cough, walked in without an appointment and was seen, tested, informed, instructed, and out the door with everything in writing including an absence note for work in a little over half an hour. The staff was great. The Dr was very informative and used words I could understand. Everything was organized and clean. Five stars......
They were a little bit slow today because there was a computer maintenence happening, but everyone was very accommodating and extremely nice. The MA was beautiful too!
I went in for elevated blood pressure and the doctor was talking about my ethnicity which is facts but did nothing. Referral to the emergency room. When I get to the emergency room the doctor says clearly the urgent care is not update on science. So I now have a bill for nothing cause at the ER my blood pressure was not address and nothing was given.
My wife and I got sick at the exact same time with the exact same symptoms but got different diagnosis. Was told “maybe one of you got a fake positive?” But neither of us were tested further. We also both had face masks with rainbows and someone said “your wife? We thought you guys were gay.” We both got in and out relatively quickly and despite having different diagnosis got the exact same prescriptions. 100% will use this urgent care again because my insurance covers it and I don’t have a lot of choice.
Just moved from a different state so don't have a Dr out here. My Dr back home told me to go to an urgent care... (Never been to one before.) Going in for a suspected infection I was expecting some form of lab work, but got a 2-5 minute convo and some new meds. The staff were all super nice tho, so can't really complain to much.
Wasn’t happy with the prescription the doctor wrote during my visit. I had a severe cough that I needed relief. That prescription couldn’t be filled in any of the pharmacies in Tulsa and had to be ordered. I called the doctors office and informed them of my situation and they said they’d call me back that day. I never received a call. I don’t have insurance and I paid $400 for no relief to my symptoms. I had to go back to the office the next morning to get a new script wrote. It was very frustrating. Don’t feel like I was provided good service and was disappointed
