1. Easy to make a visit time.

4. Dr. Farlie was knowledgeable.
I attend this access medical- a couple of times a year and over the last 2 years it is always clean and the people are nice and knowledgeable. Does not feel like your Harding animals in for a “quick fix”.
I had a good visit came in to be seen for my sinus infection and everyone was so warm and welcoming. The front desk to the back office. You can tell they work very hard cause it was a lot of people in the lobby and they handled it with ease. The front desk lady already had my copay ready and had me checked in before I walked in the door and the ladies in the back got to me very quickly. This will always be my go to urgent care. You need more people like them that actually care and wanna help.
I've gone to this location a lot in the past and it was always a good experience. I told my fiancé to take my child to this location about 4 weeks ago and he had a terrible experience. Said he will not come back to this location. He said they were unprofessional and rude. Well today I came in to get tested for the flu and Covid and the receptionist was cold and not welcoming at all. There was no "friendly" in any of the staff working today. The doctor was okay but the receptionist and medical assistant acted like they couldn't stand people. Will not return after this visit even though it was my go to for years before this.
DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL DOUBLE CHARGE YOU and REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE.
TL;DR: They made a mistake, charged me for it, and refused to refund me or credit me, or *communicate* with me.
I went to All Access on Rockwell to get stitches on my finger. I was told by my physician (via written documentation) to "return to the clinic in 7-10 days for suture removal" (see attached picture).
I returned on day 8; they charged me $75, I saw a different physician who told me, "you are here too early. Your suture removal should be from days 12-14."
I talked to the front desk, who called the manager (who wasn't there), and was told, "you saw the physician, so that's why we charged you."
They are unable (or unwilling) to recognize that **the only reason I arrived that day - and thus was charged "because I saw the physician" was because the initial doctor told me to**. They made the mistake; I got charged for it.
I have repeatedly asked to talk to the manager, but am always told, "she's not here" or "we are really busy". Terrible clinic; do not go here.
The clinic would not provide the required physical we needed, although they had done so in the past. That was fine and I understand police changes, however the front receptionist was rude when I asked why the policy change and if it was for all Access locations. She then made fun of me when I asked her if my debit card would be credited back for the charge of the physical and made sure to be loud so the few people in the waiting room could hear. Any customer who paid for a service and then that service is not provided should not be shamed for asking if a credit will be issued.
The front desk lady is definitely not a bowl of happiness neither in person, or by phone. Customer service skills need sharpening. Nurse and dr were both very pleasant.
I have always gone here in a pinch and recommended this location to my friends and family. After my experience today, I wouldn't dare to recommend this location to anyone ever again. The main problem is the lady at the front desk named Sunshine... When I walked in with a smile, I was not greeted very politely back. It was 8 am and the clinic just opened honestly I understood. My problem started when the prescription was not sent to the pharmacy, within an 8-hour time frame I went to the pharmacy 5-6 times to check if my prescription was ready, and every time I was told there was no prescription on the pharmacy's side. At 5 pm, I decided to call the office and see what was going on, the first time I called no one picked up for a while so I just assumed they were busy and called back in a little bit. The second time, the phone was picked up and Sunshine decided to rush me to be placed on hold, I proceeded to wait almost 20 minutes on hold before I hung up and drove up to the clinic. When I walked in she said on the phone "A patient is in front of me, I gotta go love you bye", first of all, this is highly unprofessional to be making personal phone calls on an office phone and I can't help but wonder if that is why I was placed on hold for so long and not helped. They figured out that the prescription was never sent to the pharmacy and they told me 10-15 minutes the pharmacy should receive it. Sunshine did give me attitude when she told me this information, but I decided to let it go. I went to the pharmacy and waited 25-30 minutes and they still had not received the prescription. I went back to the clinic and walked in and Sunshine gave me the loudest sigh and rolled her eyes when I asked if the prescription had been sent yet. To sum it all up, the PA-C was fine, but the front desk was more than enough for me to find other places to visit.
Made an appointment online, had an availability within 45mins, arrived and waited about 5mins and was being seen. Doctor was dead on and my issue was feeling better the same day. Thank you for your urgent care!
