The staff and doctor were very professional and kind. Alyssa was very efficient and patient. She had to spend a lot of time with me doing a procedure and was kind and attentive.
Tyler was the receptionist and he was kind not only to me but each person who came in.
I’ve been here before and I recommend this clinic to anyone needing quick and minor service!
I feel like I got exceptional service today. The nurse was one the best nurses I’ve ever had.. She took the time to make sure that I took just the right test since I had a lot of symptoms. Luckily for me they were able to tell what the problem was right away…. and Doctor was very professional and took time to listen carefully to why I came in and he was able to answer all of my questions….
The experience with healthcare provider was great but the clerk at the front counter where you check in and out was very rude and unprofessional. She confronted me about some outstanding bills she said I had and when I told her I paid in full months ago, she printed them off and said they would not be able to see me. So before I left I made sure I pulled up the transaction to show her. At that point she started apologizing and said she would make a note and send it to billing.
Even with an online appointment and no people in the waiting area for an infection from a hangnail my son was being seen for it took 1 hour and 15 minutes. We were left in a dirty exam room with dead bugs in the overhead light and Dirty paint chipped walls for 50 minutes. When the PA showed up it was less than 5 minutes. No doctor was seen , he/she must have been in the back eating lunch. Basically the PA was snarky from the start even though we heard lots of laughing as we waited in the room looking every once in a while at the dead bugs and the filthy wall near the trash can. We paid 50 bucks and got what we came for which is an antibiotic to treat it but safe to say we won’t be back. People don’t go here. Plenty of other cleaner and more efficient walk in clinics around. Go there instead. ***Update one week later: my son had to have his nail drained the next day and it certainly wasn’t here. It was taken care of at another location not associated with this clinic. Once the infection was drained and his finger treated with betadine and triple antibiotics ointment it has healed well. The PA at this clinic just told my son to put a warm rag on it and that it didn’t need to be drained. It had to be drained not even 24 hours later. Seriously incompetent.
PA King and everyone else there tonight were fantastic. Have been to this location several times, and have only ever had one slightly bad experience and it was probably more than a year ago. Went tonight because I had managed to imbed two small pieces of steel in my arm. Luckily they were close enough to the surface to remove fairly easily.
Also, I think I pay like $39/month for some Nextcare Advantage plan. Because of that, all my visits only cost me $30. Super affordable. Something to look into for anyone that has to go to urgent care even a few times a year.
Didn’t even make it to see the doctors or other providers, but the front desk people were some of the rudest and antagonizing people yet. Had some questions to ask over the phone and got put on hold for literally not even a full minute each time before I could get an answer. They also kept repeating themselves over and over again as if I was a little kid and not a grown adult trying to find an urgent care to go to. They were also quick to hang up as well, which made me question how much integrity or values they even have if they just wanted to basically ignore my questions and hang up.
I don't even know what to say... I was so flabbergasted by the PA that saw my daughter yesterday. She was seen the day before, on Sunday, (they also sent script to a closed pharmacy) they overcharged her on her co-pay and sent her home with advice to take Musinex-D. Then, overnight her husband went to the ER where he was diagnosed with pneumonia. On Monday, my daughter was having trouble breathing so she called this urgent care back and asked..."should I come get a chest x-ray?" The person on the phone said, "yes, I think that would be a good idea." When she arrived, the PA Thomas Uzuegbunen, told her that she wasn't running a fever or coughing bad, so he thought she was... and I quote "hyper-fixating on getting an x-ray." My daughter started crying and called me I was near by so was there within minutes. This man tried to deny that he said that, at first. I told him it was very inappropriate to say to someone who has come to their facility for care. Especially, because she was in the day before and her husband was at home so sick. I wanted to leave and take my daughter elsewhere and be refunded because we did not get care. They told me to call the billing department.... so no refund. I am livid. You do not tell a patient that they are "hyper-fixating" on something that they have EVERY reason to be concerned about!! She was having trouble breathing, they were reluctantly going to give her the x ray but made her feel like she was wrong and questioned herself on how her body feels so we left. Very wrong. Never go here!! So disrespectful to the patient! Shame on you!
The drs hear ate always so attentive and so are the nurses and the lady’s at the front counter are always so pleasant and smiling make you almost forget how sick you are. They are so patient when you have problem with the check-in app I do t care to go to another urgent care and won’t.
