Nicole, LPN, was incredible with my two kiddos. She performed two nostril swabs for each of them and was very informative about the process, explaining how she would swab their noses and what she was testing for. Both kiddos were in full giggles! Her much-needed mercy and compassion during the flu and holiday season were truly appreciated. Thank you, Nicole!
I recently visited while in town and needed immediate treatment for a rash. The experience was excellent from start to finish. They were quick to call me back, minimizing my wait time. The nurse, Brooke, was exceptionally friendly and personable, making me feel at ease right away. She did an outstanding job administering the steroid shot, and her professionalism and care were evident throughout the visit. I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone needing prompt and compassionate medical attention.
First, office opened 30 minutes late. After an hour and half of waiting had my temperature and blood pressure taken. Then got to video chat with an assistant, not nurse or doctor. Assistant told me to buy otc medicine then charged $18 for visits. Left went to another urgent care and actually saw a doctor who determined I had and inflammation of the colon which required antibiotics and if I had just followed Access's advice I would have ended up in the emergency room. Now 2 weeks later I get another bill for a recommendation from an "assistant " for almost $100 for advice that could have sent me to the ER! If I didn't have such a forgiving attitude I would seek legal avenues. People wonder why the medical field is all about money? Well Access Urgent care proves it.
The PA my husband saw was very nice, good bedside manner! Everyone was very friendly and he was taken back to the room pretty quickly! The only reason we didn’t give 5* is because medication he got for pain for breaking 5 ribs, did not help at all! But the actual experience was good!!

I gave this place another try after many other disappointing visits. The doctor did not even introduce himself and acted annoyed to even see my daughter and I. I will never go to this urgent care ever again. Super sad we don’t have a decent urgent care in this town.
I had a good experience. I didn’t have to wait very long and found out that I Tested negative for Covid.
This was my first time at Access and from the reception to the nurse and doc.. they were super friendly! They treated me like a long lost friend and got me on the path to wellness. Best service and attitude I've experienced inside a medical office! Give these lady's a raise!!
