I want to start by saying the doctor and nurse that saw us were very helpful and kind!
The girl at the front desk was not. My copay is $30 (it says it right on my card) and she charged us $75. I KNOW what my copay is because I went to Access a week ago and paid $30 then. (I also called my insurance company after the visit and they verified.) I asked if she was sure and explained why I asked and she had attitude and said she ran it and that's my cost. If there is a mistake billing will catch it and refund it.
Here is the point...I had the money to cover it whereas others may not. Also now I have to wait to receive my explanation of benefits in the mail and call and ask for a refund if billing doesn't catch it. Everybody makes mistakes but the customer service is lacking. If I were in her position I definitely would have been more polite and helpful.
I showed up to be looked at due to a car accident the day before. I didn't even say anything about billing or how it was being paid, but they denied me saying they don't do third party billing and I should go to Tulsa Accident Center.
Staff took me in right away for my issue. They worked quickly and professionally to assess my condition and give me direction on next steps. I was there less than 1 hour, which included some tests and assessment of my vitals. Thanks to the staff present on 11/19/24!
My visit was very nice. Was seen in a short period of time so I didn’t have to wait long. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Was seen and my questions answered and all the follow up I need to do was explained very well and I was giving all the paperwork I needed.
I appreciate the good care I received today. Everyone was friendly, thorough and explained things well. Wait time was minimal, the facility was clean. I felt heard and left with a plan of action.
Realized at 7pm both my daughter’s sports physicals had to be turned in by 8am the following morning. Access Medical saved this procrastinating mama’s day because they’re open until 8pm & accept walk-ins. We got there at 7:40 and I expected the receptionist to give me the stink eye for walking in 20 mins before they close with 2 kids needing physicals but she was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Nurse and doctor were great also. PLUS they charged less than any other place I called. Last minute, $20 physicals, in & out. I will definitely be going there for any future needs and will be recommending it others. Great place!

I came in to see what I had going on when I was checked in a room I noticed how dirty the room and bed was looking very run down the equipment they using on patients is not clean or sterile at all and they rush thru and get you out of there like they ain’t making sure the patient is ok a waste of money and time and hope the equipment use on me want get me more sicker because how dirty it was
