Very patient oriented. Sent a text letting me know there would be a wait. Allowed me to wait at home and texted me when the waiting room had cleared. Provided excellent care at my appointment. I regularly use this clinic and really like the care.
Friendly greeting upon entering the receptionists, quick check in and short waits, both in reception and again in the exam room. The practitioner spent a good amount of time asking questions, explaining and then answering our questions about the diagnosis and treatment plan. Great service from start to finish!
One of the friendliest, caring, and thorough urgent cares I have been to, every question/concern I had was well explained and taken care of. Will definitely be back if needed again! Ben is an awesome guy who has been helpful and supportive through it all. The P.A’s are time sensitive and will always be there to help you out!
The wait was very short. I felt like the treating staff was very attentive and listened to our needs and handled my son’s case very well. An x-ray was required, and we got the radiology report much quicker than I anticipated.
Everyone was very nice, they took everything very seriously (I.e making sure everyone had mask, and was comfortable)
We are in Edmond for a softball tournament traveling from the west coast. We needed our daughter’s hand xrayed to ensure she didn’t have a break. We called the office five min before the last appointment fearing they’d turn us away. But they registered us over the phone. They were extremely kind throughout our entire appointment. We highly recommend!
Urgent care was very little help for $50. I took him to the Indian clinic urgent care the following day and they were much more thorough. We will not be back.
Dr was great nurse was great front desk was good too! Would recommend to anyone! And I will be back if I need medical assistance again!
