The staff here was FANTASTIC! From the time I walked in until I left, the care I received was exceptional. The receptionist was very kind and outgoing. The nurse was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was also very impressed with his skillset as he was having to do the job of many professions, and he did all of them with swiftly and gracefully. The provider was quick to come and assess me. She took her time going over all of my concerns and was very thorough with everything. This clinic took such great care of me. I will absolutely be using them again as well as recommending them to others.
The wait was long. However, Dr. Bullock was very professional and gave a thorough exam. He took his time and was very compassionate. The receptionist was polite and the nurse was great! Overall, good experience. Would go back.
My family and I have been going to Access Medical for 15 years now when we need urgent care and our regular PCP has closed for the day. I have NEVER had a bad experience. They are ultra fast and go above and beyond when it comes to the expertise and care they give. They are never judgmental to the Medicaid patients and treat them with the same dignity and respect as those who are insured with the best. I have NOTHING ill to say about this establishment. I would absolutely 100% recommend highly. 5⭐️This is a true, honest review! Sincerely.
Access Medical Center Urgent Care in Yukon is great! I make an appointment on Solv and get in pretty quickly! The physician is so very caring, helpful, and professional. Everyone is very nice there and helpful. This is my go to place when I cannot get into my own physician that day. I’m so thankful they are available!

This is the only urgent care close by that is in network for our insurance. A good experience is very rare. Even when we make appointments and there's no other patients they're still running 30+mins late.
They do bare minimum... go in for possible ear infection and they only check the ear nothing else like throat etc and miss the strep so we end up back here several days later.
Nurse had to do a splint for my kids broken thumb once and asked if I knew how.
Ask for a doctor's note to show school and sports that we had been seen and starting a treatment plan. They refuse.
They can't even get vitals right or notice they're wrong before leaving... they listed my school age kiddos height as 19.29in
Really hoping there will be other urgent options this next plan year.
With four kids we have had our fair share of needing urgent care, and this place by far exceeds our expectations! Each time they take a minute to listen to my kids and my concerns, explain clearly their concerns and are always kind and understanding. A good friend recommended them to me and I will continue to go back to them for our urgent needs.
This location has the best PA in the whole world, she is also the kindest person. Lauryn Jeffcoat, was amazing on my visit. I got there and was called back very quickly and was seen and treated in record time. I would recommend her to anyone!
Lauryn Jeffcoat was phenomenal.. made me feel at ease and very comfortable. Also I appreciated that I felt fully listened to, truly heard, and that my feelings were validated... I was able to give all details and never rushed. I appreciate Lauryn and highly recommend her!
