Best WLM Reviews
First of all, this place is filthy gross. Second, I came for general exam and still waiting in the dental chair to be seen an hour and twenty minutes after my appointment time. The big kicker is the dentist has been unprofessionally scolding a staff member in the waiting lobby for half an hour. Finally, the television volume is excessively loud and echoes throughout the building. This has Not been the type of dental experience I would recommend. Definitely not an atmosphere to put one at ease.
Please don’t go to this place. They will take your insurance money as well as yours money to a Botch job. Then when to complain about their job/service they send you to a specialist for them to do the job that was originally supposed to do. Reviews are meant for a reason please listen.
I never thought I would be put in a position to write them a review, but after my last 2 visit, I had enough! I would go in for a cleaning and end up with treatments. In December, I went for a regular clean, which I never got and came out with a root canal and a crown. I got a call from the office saying that I needed my 6 months clean so I scheduled it and went in after some x-ray the Dr said I need 7 root canals and 7 crowns and I had 1 tooth infected and that they couldn't do a cleaning because i needed a deep cleaning. When I started asking questions, the assistant got an attitude and was very rude and couldn't even answer my questions or look at me. I was so irritated! How can my teeth go that bad from December to August? So I decided to go get a 2nd opinion and ended up only needing 2 crowns and 3 fillings and no deep cleaning, just the regular clean.. I have been going there for years now. I'm wondering how much unnecessary work they did on my teeth!! I don't recommend it at all!!! Oh, and never got my cleaning!!
I wish I could give 0 stars. First of all they made me wait for 60 minutes without any reason just for teeth cleaning appointment. Then at the pretext of cleaning , they take those useless xrays and perform only fluoride cleaning. The dentist got the dental assistant wash my mouth and failed to clean my teeth until I started fighting. Worst ever experience. They are big liars and are behind insurance money. Scam do not visit.
Worst dental office ever the dentist lied and told me I needed a root canal or to remove my tooth I went to another dentist today and was told that I don't need a root canal this dentist office is only about money they don't care about the patient also the tech that preform my X-ray was very rough on purpose the front desk woman that takes over their financial department is rude with a nasty attitude. This place is a complete joke and only looking for money please avoid this office if you really need help with your dental care. I will not be returning. I also removed my kids from them they are now being seen elsewhere the dentist lied and also told me my daughter had 8 cavities when in fact she didn't have any . Please avoid this office it isn't clean they have old dirty chairs for you to sit in .
I thought they were nice but they over charge and tell you that you have more wrong than you actually do. I went for a second opinion and found out I have gum disease, which this place didn't check me for in my exam.. the second opinion was way cheaper and less work needed to be done.
The worst place to bring your kid. The dentist, Dr Tien, was highly unprofessional and unwilling to talk. She came in, brushed the teeth of my two-year-old, and said we were done. She didn't bother to explain anything. I got the feeling she just wanted to get her share of insurance, and that's it.
The front desk personnel and hygienists were nice.
However, this place has red flags that it does not prioritize the patients' preventive care.
Red flag #1: pictures and exam PRIOR to teeth cleaning/plaque removal. Red flag #2: the dentist himself did spot picking for the cleaning-and not anywhere near to my lifetime of past hygienists' standards. Red flag #3: no questions are asked on what your prior dentist was watching. No request of prior records from your prior office are made.
After taking pictures, they send in a separate person to break the news on all the upcharges. Pictures are based on how your mouth arrived before cleaning prior to plaque removal. The Xrays are not the source of discussion when you probe for understanding, but rather the pictures prior to any plaque removal.
I asked for post cleaning pictures and assessment, so the dentist himself did a spot picking. He did so very unthoroughly leaving plaque buildup-I hope not on purpose. Note, always expect plaque, it's just normal buildup. This is the basis for routine cleanings by professionals that is covered as preventive care by insurance.
But, in our case, they held our preventive cleaning hostage for more money. This puts the patient in a tough spot since they have already applied your insurance allowance on the X-rays. We did not agree to the upcharge, nor did our insurance, and the dentist refused to do a standard preventive cleaning. We will let our insurance know how this shook down.
