Every surface has a layer of dust dirt and hair. As well as the walls are filthy scuffed up and need a paint job.
This does not make me feel good about what goes on what I'm not here.

I was an OP patient with Access Dental for 3 years… I had extractions done, a chipped tooth fixed and adult braces. Throughout the 3 years I’ve seen 3-4 different doctors and I don’t recall their names. I had difficulty understanding the last one because of his accent. Overall, they were ok. The receptionist in the front are so rude and every single time I walked in for my appointments they wouldn't greet or acknowledge me till I said something. I went back earlier this month for a checkup on my retainer, they again just starred as I walked in without greeting me… I told them I had a 9:30 am appointment… she said we don’t open at 9:30.. so then I asked; “so why did they set my appointment up for that time?!” No response! I replied and said; “ok” and walked out and till this day have not gotten a checkup call. The girls in the back were at times quick and rough with my teeth. When they took my braces off they didn’t buff my teeth correctly , my teeth feel rough to the touch! And while molding for my retainers the girls were having difficulty fitting a comfortable tray. But, I do remember Darlene… nice, beautiful and welcoming. I appreciated seeing her smile. Anyways, I wouldn’t come back to Access Dental. The environment and the rude girls are ew.
On time appointment staff and doctor were very nice communication was very good. Seating and floors very clean also have a tv for entertainment.
I felt well taken care of by Maria while prepping to get 3 extractions done. She went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Maria even checked on me 3 days later to check how I was doing. I have to say that she is awesome very down to earth person that shows so much compassion.
I scheduled an appointment for Access dental for a consultation for braces for my 12 yr old. I don't understand how so many people recommended them ????♀️ we get there 15 minutes before our schedule time and we stay 40 minutes after. Their lobby is so incredibly hot and overcrowded, you have people lined up against the wall because they don't have enough seats for everybody in the lobby. The entire lobby is surrounded by windows with no AC running through there. We had people going up to the staff asking how much longer. People who came in after us went back before us. I asked if it was always this overbooked and they said yes. And then one of the moms came up to me and said "if I could go somewhere else, I would. We're stuck here because we've already been here for 3 months but if you choose this place, this is what you're going to be dealing with every single time." Thanks to that Mom, I got up and walked out without even getting my consultation. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.
The staff was SUPER SWEET! From the front desk to the back. Was fast and easy!!!They definitely are my new Dentist office! Thank you Araceli for the laughs a great experience! Have a Great Day!
There’s a girl in black here named Natalie she’s very rude and come to work unprofessionally w marks on her neck . The girls in the front are nice but the ones in the back always have attitude. I’ve been coming here since I was a child . So UPDATE she went to the front and talked to the females and had them come talk to me . The other woman came at me with attitude as well
Send you all over town been with this dentist over Five years or so office now they don't take the Insurance. Should have been told Day one when I went in first time for cleaning.
