The staff is the worst I've gotten there an hour early and don't get seen till 2 hours later.. And the waiting area is the nastiest ever
Today, June 4, 2024, I had a 10:00 appointment at Access Dental.
My only regret is that I did not ask the lady who possessed my paper work at the front desk - her name, so that I could comment on how professional she was and good natured she was.
She was definitely the right choice for a person who meets and greeted the public.
Shady business - stay away
I voluntarily gave access dental a $500 cash deposit for an implant in January 2024 - later I decided not to get the work done and asked for my money back. They said a check would be mailed to me… I have been waiting for MONTHS - they claim the check was delivered but that never happened. They said they would send another one in 3-4 days - it has been over 3 weeks - most times I call
For the manager I am left on hold for long periods of time, or I am told he has gone home or is busy with another patient- he tells me that my money is waiting on some kind of “authorization ” and that he will call me back in a few hours, or in the next day or two but he never does. Something tells me I am getting played - HUGE RED FLAG - Beware of access dental.
I cant recommend this place to someone!
Worst management ever seen in a dental clinic, my wife was waiting for over an hour for her scheduled appointment and this place ask you for more money in the middle of treatment.
These access dental on William cannon and Rundberg sucks..I been waiting about and insurance bill and was suppose to call me back never did … I had to walk in took talk to the manager Adrain.. He had said he would call me back and nothing poor costumer service.. I have a wire from my braces poking my lip and now I have to figure out how to take it out .. it’s best you look for a better dental then this one in Austin same as manager on William cannon never recieved a call back from her it been sense feb 2024 and I talk to Adrain like 2 months ago and never got a call back they need better manager in this place I use to like coming here and but not no more poor service and especially communication they are doing fraud first they tell me the check for my ortho was lost then today they tell me a different story get GET YOUR STUFF STRAIGHT… I have a wire poking my lip and ask if they could take it of and he told me nope make a payment I wonder what happen to the check that was supposedly lost
Do not go to this place please beware this place is very unprofessional……. My first visit I set and waited for 2 hours because X-ray machine wasn’t working so I asked to reschedule for the following week came in the following week got X-rays and was scheduled 2 appointments for the following week for deep cleaning showed up to appointment on Monday the 27th and I was told that the dentist had left for the day so I was told to come back Tuesday the 28th at 10am for deep cleaning and that they would do both sides on Tuesday the 28th while getting ready for my appointment I received a text message for a reminder about appointment for 10am minutes later I received a call from office I missed the call so I called back to make sure my appointment was still for today at 10am I was told by a young lady that my appointment had been moved to 1:15pm today so I explained to her that my appointment was scheduled for 10am she told me that she would give me a call back 3 minutes later my phone rung and it was her confirming that yes my appointment was at 1:15 today so I said okay but yet I’m explaining to her that I received a text message stating that my appointment was at 10am she told me no again that my appointment was at 1:15pm today so we ended the call and I set and thought about it I basically had enough of the unprofessionalism so I called back and this time Abraham answered and I asked him what time was my appointment scheduled for he said my appointment was scheduled for 10am at this point I’m definitely over it with this place I told Abraham that I want be coming back to this place this is really ridiculous I honestly believe that this place needs to get rid of the little girls working up front and replace them with professional people that really wants to work DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE VERY VERY UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE PLACE IS FILTHY WISH I COULD HAVE LEFT NO STARS CAUSE THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY
Out of town called for an emergency appointment thru got me right in they were very nice and sweet the entire office
This place is so unorganized ! 2 years later we are still in the process of having implants completed. They will automatically make you an appointment without your knowledge and wonder why you didn’t show up . I’ve had them move my appointments around without consulting me . They don’t call you when your package for the last piece you need has arrived. You set a 9am appointment just to see employees waking in at 9:15am . This place is a running joke. I wish I would have done more research before coming here .This has been a nightmare for my poor elderly mother . Would never recommend.
