The food was not good starting with salsa tasted like blended diced tomatoes from a can and poorly flavored
The tacos I ordered tasted great but we're the size of street tacos jammed pack with meat but tiny.
My wife's food also lacked flavor ...
Chile Relleno with out sour cream and fixing was very poor. Lacking cheese body and flavor.
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. From start to finish our experience was delightful. We were seated immediately, and the food was fantastic. Most notably was our server Heidi. She was attentive, responsive, and a pleasure. She checked on us regularly and made sure our table was well taken care of, highly appreciated. We will definitely be eating here again!
Edited: Our son and daughter-in-law were married this past weekend (actually 10/12/24) in Stillwater, and they chose this location for my ex-husband and me to host the groom's dinner the night before. Working with Ashley in catering for the past nine months has been incredible. They allowed us to come in early to decorate for the event. I wanted more from the service at the event. We were given one inexperienced server who needed to prepare for a large wedding party and wanted to celebrate. Knowing we were from out of state and had a large wedding event, they should have handled our group appropriately. It still turned out to be a lovely event.
Very good. Chips and salsa are free and chips are excellent. Salsa is good and maybe a bit too spicy for some. Prices are a bit high for me but probably well within reason. It's very big - lots of seating. We ate outside and loved it. They have a lunch menu. Fajita salad was big and very good. My wife loved the lunch chimichanga. Service was great. Total bill for two with good top and tax (no alcohol but two soft drinks) was just over $40.
We've never had a bad meal or poor service at any Acapulco Restaurant. We really love their chips and salsa. This was our second trip to this restaurant location And during the pandemic in February 2021. Our service was excellent and we later found out when we left the waitress was the restaurant manager Olivia. Oliva checked on us several times and made sure our sodas never went empty. They were busy and she made sure all the tables were getting serviced multiple times. We ordered the Steak and Chicken Fajitas which were so good and a lot of food on three plates.
It was not super busy when we arrived but it seemed to take longer than it should to get our food. BUT... when we got our food it was all great. We had 12 in our group and almost everything was perfect. We had one thing that was not satisfactory and the manager fixed it immediately. The food and service was excellent. Definitely coming back.
My husband and I came into this restaurant yesterday our server was jade and all I can say is WOW! The food was amazing, I had the fajitas and my husband had the wet burrito and it was great. Jade told us the cheese sauce was better and we definitely agree. Overall the service was AMAZING???? and we will totally be back. Hopefully Jade is our server again!!????
I’m absolutely disgusted after my recent visit. I went out to dinner with a friend for some drinks and food. After we had our drinks but before our food came, we noticed the wall closest to our booth was covered in bugs. You could see one every 6 inches at least, along the wall. Additionally all the picture frames along this wall were covered in dust, grime, and most importantly… bugs. Upon bringing this concern to the manager on duty, she was rude and seemed to not care. Without a reaction she confirmed our booth and said she would bring us a tab. No apology. No nothing. When she brought the tab it included our drinks AND the food we never received. We let her know we hadn’t received our food yet and she hesitated but eventually did remove the entrees from our tab. I was shocked not only at the lack of cleanliness of the restaurant but the rudeness and lack of customer service. Needless to say, we will never be back.
