Best WLM Reviews

From my experience we were having lunch after a long day of work and our server Angelica did not come check on us to ask us if we needed anything. We only saw her when she sat us down and gave us out drinks and when she gave us our check. It was extremely slow. There was only 2-3 other tables that was being taken care of. We saw her just sitting down and talking to her other coworkers. We had to wave her down to get her attention and just keep staring into her direction before she came to us. Now a good side about this was we got our food incredibly fast. The food was excellent except for the customer service.
Food has good flavor. Wouldn't recommend anything with steak in it. Really tough cuts and didn't get much meat I could actually eat. Other than that the service was great and the food gets to you really fast. Queso dip is really good
I like their chicken enchiladas with Verde sauce, put on them.
They’re hot salsa is too hot for me and their mild sauce is too mild so I get one of each small and mix them.
A small guacamole comes like the third picture. It is a very very small amount of guacamole. It’s separated with a fork placed next to it for $5.50. I think I might be off on the cents.
I think a larges close to $10 for guacamole there. I really prefer to buy guacamole somewhere else, but still like their enchiladas.
I called and placed my order, they said it would be ready in 10 minutes, got there and had to wait even longer, but I expect that from any business that deals with people. I’m a diabetic and my sugar was low, I knew I couldn’t get home to cook so I placed my usual order #6 2 soft tacos with rice and beans, I got one chicken and one beef. Run home to eat and the food was super salty, the chicken was hard and dry, and the beef was like rubber. Had to eat it while drinking water because it was so salty and hoping my blood pressure wouldn’t get high. Horrible experience and sad too, because for over 20 years that has been my family’s favorite place to eat Mexican. I was sad after they closed due to the tornado and excited when I saw it was reopening. What a disappointment! I’ll assure you that they just lost several customers because my family and I won’t be coming back ever.
I love Acambaro! I’ve been going to the new one in Rogers and the food is mouthwatering good! The customer service is wonderful! I’ve had disappointing horchata at other restaurants not affiliated with Acambaro. They truly have the best horchata! I’ve already been twice this week and I’ve just talked myself into going tomorrow. Lol! Extremely affordable too.
Always good. Love the salsa and just about any dish. So glad they were able to come back after the tornado.
If you go, make sure you are charged correctly. My wife and I ordered the appetizer flautas, which were on the menu for $8.99, but we were charged $12.99
The one in Rogers is not authentic Mexican food. I was very disappointed. The Acambaro in Lowell is fantastic true Mexican food wonderful service.
