We have experienced an issue from small to magnanimous upon every visit to this office. From them giving our son the incorrect vaccine shot, to seemingly having an issue with our insurance. Today, we came in for an appointment which was scheduled 3 months ago and were told we would have to reschedule because our son was 2 days shy of his 1st birthday. This oversight could have easily been prevented during the scheduling process. It caused a great inconvenience for us. We are thankful to our pediatrician who came in and communicated the issue before continuing the appointment. However, the repeated lack of competence shown by the administrative staff is becoming increasingly frustrating. In the future and overall, this office needs to exercise more attention to details and be more careful when performing routine procedures, no matter if it's administrative or medical. It has left a sour taste in our mouths and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to this clinic until those things were consistently shown to have been corrected.
And also, they need to take off the character limit off the feedback survey.
We had billing problems and administrative problems the entire time we were with them. However, the front desk customer service was good. They were nice and professional. Dr. Gunning was particularly harsh. I would not recommend this ped.
They didn’t inform us that they moved to new location, even they still use same old address in the website. For that reason I was late 15 minutes, they told me I missed my appointment, it’s been almost two hours I’m waiting for new appointments
Great staff, and great customer service! I've been bringing kids since they were babies after a misdiagnosis at a downtown clinic and ever since then my children have been in excellent hands. Just today my son had a phobia episode and was treated with great respect and patience! I'm so grateful for such a reliable caring staff to depend on!
We have taken an appointment for our kids one month ago, the last day we prepare to go out appointment they call us we have to reschedule for another months which is 34 days after. I told them, our children vaccinations times will have been passed when we wait, they did not do anything for us. If you are immigrants and cannot explain yourself properly don’t connect them anymore because they are so rude and have no morality about your rights.
At first, when I arrived at this clinic 4 years ago, I was very happy to find such a well-prepared place. Then everything began to change. The receptionists became rude. Some doctors gave me attitude and if you want to defend yourself, they turned themselves on the defensive way ( they don’t care about their position as a real professional). Because of they believe that they are the only place where we can take care of our children. If you made an appointment at one hour, when you arrive into the office you have to wait by arrival turn. Then, they take you to a room and make you wait for hours and then the doctor see your child for 5 minutes and then leave as if nothing had happened. They don't even spend 15 minutes with the patient, but the patient have to wait long time to be seen and if you complaint about the time, the assistants treat you rude and never know anything about the situation about the time.
This couldn't be a worse clinic. We have been trying to transfer our kids out of this awful facility for over 2 months now but we cannot until we get their records. We've called over 10 times, spoke to countless different receptionists and all of them are as incompetent as the next. Each time we call, they say they have not received a release form, which we have completed multiple times now. Highly recommend to go elsewhere. New building doesn't reflect the kind of service offered here.
My parents have brought my little sister to this clinic on several occasions, and evidently they make the payments for everything on the same day, when they return the girls from the front desk charge them again for past appointments, accusing them of not having paid, it is outrageous that they make you feel bad by telling you that you have not paid and calling you a liar, what a terrible administration they have is demeaning, a terrible organization of appointments, this is unacceptable, they need to solve that problem by charging people when it is evident and you have proof of having paid. How is it possible that people there show themselves so ignorant to one, telling you that they don't know anything and that they can't do anything is outrageous.
