I travel for work and my job puts me in hotels of their choosing. And this one by far is definitely one of my favorites. The staff here is amazing and so accommodating. Angela, at the front desk, answers any and all questions with ease and is so helpful with any hiccups I have come across. Having a friendly face when I walk in from a long day goes a long way. Thank you for being you! ????
It’s a good hotel room but the power outlet makes very high pitch noises next to the bed and desk. It drives me nuts and gives me a bad headache. I cannot even wanna spend more than minutes in the room. The maintenance guy was very nice and tried to cover the outlets but it does not work very well
It was not a good hotel room. I don't care if the link expired for the survey I'm going to tell you anyway.
1. No towel bars in the bathroom, not a one
2. Shower detachable handle was broken, we told the front desk, it was never fixed. Have you tried to bath a baby in a rain shower? It's awful.
3. The shower remodel is just stupid, I've stayed a Marriott in Arvada CO with the same remodeling. It's like no one ever tested the shower before deciding to install it everywhere.
4. Really smoking in a hotel lobby?! I didn't realize anyone still did that. If this hotel wasn't part of our friend's wedding block I would have cancelled then and there. I don't want my baby in a smoking hotel, that's gross and unhealthy to the rest of the guests.
5. Overpriced. $250 a night even with a discount for the wedding block
Hoping my next stay at Marriott in November is better with functional bathrooms or I'm going to rethink my loyalty to this brand.
I stayed here with my Wife over the holiday weekend. We are loyal Marriott Bonvoy people but never again will I stay here. I came to use the gym and the Janitor/Employee was outside playing with a stray cat. The young lady at the desk was sitting down on her phone completely nonchalant, maybe this is normal and routine behavior. The large door was wide open the entire time I was working out. The cat was just wandering around inside the hotel, roaming free. Now I know this is a "Pet friendly" hotel but stray animals carry diseases and fleas. This made my skin crawl and I feel disgusted. Tighten it up with your Staff.
A wonderful place to stay! Immaculately kept rooms. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't be a better location, easy to walk to some of the best restaurants and to SAP arena. Go Sharks!
Only used the parking lot here for the circus at the SAP Center. Way overpriced. And didn't realize it was hotel parking. The lot was clean and it was easy to get to the SAP Center from here. About a 5 minute walk. It is listed as public parking. The only reason for 3 stars is the $65 price when the lot on the same block is $15. I'd go there next time.
Rooms were very clean and staff super friendly. Great spot to stay if you're trying to be centrally located. Will be returning here again for sure.
The main downside is that it is next to the highway, so it can be noisy even throughout the night. Other than that, it's a good hotel, clean, with spacious rooms. The beer in the bar is super expensive though...
